The best hotel in that hotel corridor down the street from St Jacob's Market. The best part of the hotel is the friendly, helpful staff and receptionists.

Check in was wonderful. One young lady was being trained and between the 3 of us the process was a pleasure.

Room was clean, tidy and quiet. Deor up to date. Staff very helpful.

Mold in the shower. They didn’t bring additional sheets for the pull out bed. Staff smelled

The room was comfortable but it was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist offered to clean it herself. If that is a hotel policy, I think it is very unhygienic. I also feel that it will be helpful to staff their front desk with more staff because there is always a delay with a lineup at the front.

The room was clean and a good size for the price I paid. Overall, I liked the hotel! The one complaint I have is that I was disturbed each morning around 10-11 am by the cleaning staff in the hallway talking very loudly outside my room.
