Stayed here on a number of occasions. Always find the mattress too hard and the pillows too soft and the road noise a little distracting. Amenities are good, overall general aesthetics are good and clean but notice some areas need more focus on cleaning and maintenance throughout the property. Food, drink and staff assistance are excellent.

Our go to place to unwind and relax after a busy week at work. All the staff are pleasant and professional for the front of house and the bar/restaurant staff. Stay here frequently

Friendly welcoming reception staff, room nicely decorated for our wedding anniversary. Evening meal and breakfast very nice.

A really friendly greeting at reception, with helpful guidance. The room was of a very high standard, clean and fresh, with a good supply of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Beds were comfy, only niggle was that the extra pillows provided were really lumpy. Extremely helpful staff in the breakfast room, very courteous and friendly.There was a good selection of hot food for breakfast, and a lovely selection of fruit, sweet melon slices and fresh fruit salad. We had taken our dogs, and one little warning for other dog owners is that the grassy, wooded area for walking dogs has a lot of deer ticks, so good idea to check dogs after walking. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the pool.

Great room I got an upgrade from lovely reception lady large bath 4 poster bed great breakfast choice and lovely pool area sauna steam room hot tub.

Air conditioner /heater was not working and staff could not fix it the first night.

Room could do with some attention to detail when being cleaned, nice large size room and very comfortable beds, staff did come to the room ask 21:15 and asked to enter, not entirely sure why? Breakfast was delicious lots to choose from, would have been nice if we was told we could order eggs to our liking unfortunately we weren’t, bar and bar food was rather expensive and not worth the price paid

It was very good overall. The usb ports didn't work but otherwise a great hotel . It was my 2nd stay there .

Spa.was relaxing andnthe pool, until ot eas divided into swimming lanes and we were forced into cramped spaces with a 2 year old. Pool temperature was too low.

Staff were friendly and efficient when we checked in. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We made use of the spa facilities which was a nice bonus. The only downfall - kids were ridiculously loud in the pool, after 6:30 kids were still in the pool and splashing messing about in the swim lane.

Bedroom had no heating AC unit not working and radiator in bathroom freezing all of the stay

The room was ok and well enough equipped but it was cold and there was no extra bedding. Given it was early January and I had a bad cold and chest infection, not ideal!
