チェックイン時にトラブルがありました。 事前にメッセージで ・夜中の0時以降はドアが閉まるため、ホテルの電話番号に電話をしてほしいこと ・ドアを開けるためのコードを知りたい場合は、専用のアプリをダウンロードすること は連絡をいただいていました。 この時点では0時前に到着する予定だったのですが、飛行機がかなり遅延してしまい、0時以降の到着が懸念されたので、到着の4時間前ほどに「到着が0時過ぎそうだが、SIMカードの関係で電話ができない。どうしたらいいか？」とメッセージをしました。 結局返信はなく、0時が過ぎてしまいました。ドアはロックされており、どうしたらいいのか非常に途方にくれました。 駅からホテルまでの道のりで少し治安が悪いところもあり、とても心配でした。 幸いホテルのスタッフさんがいたので、ドアを思いっきり叩いて気づいてもらいましたが、あのまま気づかれなかったらと思うと非常に怖いです。 事前にアプリをダウンロードしなかった。私も悪いのですが、そもそもメッセージが4時間も返信もないというのがとても気になりました。 疲れ切って部屋に入室したところ、なぜか部屋の窓が全開でした。ちなみに0時過ぎの到着ですし、部屋は1階のフロアにあります。セキュリティー的にどうなのでしょうか。 ホテル自体はおしゃれですし、スタッフさんも親切なのですが、どうしてもチェックイン時のトラブルと入室時に窓が全開だったことが気になってしまったため、こちらの評価とさせていただきます。

朝6時にホテルを出ようととしたら、玄関の扉に鍵がかかっており、でられず。 前日にその旨を伝えておいたのですが。 非常口から脱出する。 部屋に冷蔵庫かわなく、食料管理が不安でした。

Small but clean and tidy hotel. Good location- 10 min. walk to Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Never staying here again. The manager was not friendly at all and the hotel feels more like a hostal

It was an excellent stay from the moment I checked in till I checked out again. Nice, clean room, nice staff and great atmosphere.

Such a charming hotel in the center of town! Loved my room! Stylish and comfortable with huge windows and a view. Easy to store luggage and the free wine happy hour is a nice touch. You have to be okay with AC

No alcoholic beverages offered to pregnant people during wine hour or people who are not drinking alkohol. Hair on the floor in the shower and extremely hot hotel rooms with one very flat and used pillow. Good location but very expensive for what you pay for.

Familjärt o mysigt hotell. Rummets storlek kompenserades av det fantastiska fönstret. Hade önskat små en toaborste på toaletten o en vattenkokare på rummet.
