総合評価とレビュー Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

レビュー評価が割と良くbestwestern plus のブランドもあり予約しましたが見込み違いでした。チェックインに時間がかかりました。部屋の清潔さもあまり良くなくタオルは古く硬くて痛かったです。free way近く便利でwifiも普通に使えて良いのですが、良いスタッフの日に当たらないとダメなようです。 他の方のレビューにもフロント業務で悪い評価があったように、1/15の朝良くない担当者の日に泊まってしまったようです。前日にあったヨーグルト、ワッフルが用意されていず、伺いましたがご担当では無いそうで、冷たい態度で何もしてくれませんでした。前日には普通に出されていたメニューが翌日は食べられませんでした。細かい事ですがサービスは平均にして頂きたいです。

Front desk lady was rude and had a bad attitude. She would not check me in because she said I was being rude to her. The young lady has no customer service skills. I will never stay at a Best Western. I had to go down the street to a Marriot. Also she had 4 customers outside waiting with children at midnight in not a safe location. She locked herself in the office lobby while having customers wait outside. I’m posting pics of her drinking her drink while being rude and talking over me as I was one of her homies. This individual was very unprofessional.

There was nothing unique. The breakfast was okay at best, the elevator was slow and always sounded like it would crash at any minute, the luggage cart was raggedy and hard to maneuver and we only had 2 large and 2 small bags! It was average at best and I would not choose this location again!

Great Location. Property is very close to highway so it can get loud at times. Overall good place to stay!
