It was good hotel. 素晴らしいホテルでした。設備も充実していました。難点は駅から徒歩で遠いです。上り坂で荷物を持っていると辛いです。しかしバスに乗ると快適でした。中心部からはやや遠いですが、設備と価格はバランスが良いです また機会があれば泊まりたいです

Excepcional. Habitación amplia y cómoda con minivevera y caja fuerte. Baño amplio con productos de aseo. Aparcamiento fácil en el exterior. Cafetería al lado bastante económica para ser Madrid.

El hotel está en general en buenas condiciones, la atención no es mala, sin embargo, estáun tanto alejado de la zonas principales de Madrid, la estación de metro más cercana que es Fuencarral, está rodeada de algunos borrachos que se encuentran afuera de los bares que se circundan esa estación.

Arrived on an overnight flight from the USA. Too early to check in, but the staff were very accomodating to get me checked in as soon as possible. I was checked in by 08.30 as a room became available. Very grateful.

Quiet, comfortable, friendly service. They over delivered, gave me more than what I needed (thank you), and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Séjour agréable pour une nuit. On peut entendre le bruit des autres salles de bains mais sinon c'est plutôt calme. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien pour le prix modéré.

The Hotel lacks the basics of any hotel room: NO complimentary water, NO Coffee Machine, NO shower slippers, No tissue paper box, NO lotion, and NO notebook! Also; the breakfast buffet is a huge disappointment: VERY limited options, and EXACT same dishes every day. The Hotel is VERY old, and VERY far from city center and shops and attractions. You will need a fortune for Ubers. All together; you can find newer, better, closer to city center, and cheaper hotels in Madrid!
