I’ve stayed here previously and had a great experience but sorry to say that the standards have dropped. The old lift situation is still an issue (only 3 tiny ones which really needs addressing somehow) but the staff are less attentive, the main pool area requires more shade, the booking system for the restaurants needs much more improvement and the food wasn’t as good. we spoke to other guests who said exactly the same thing. That said, it is in a great location being a 25 minute walk into town, the pools themselves are lovely (especially the small one towards the bottom), it’s quiet with a great local beach and it surely has the best sunset rooftop in Ibiza. Not sure we’ll go back again but you never know. Thank you for having us all the same.

Great room, disappointing all-inclusive I stayed 7 nights in the Panoramic Ocean View Suite at TRS Ibiza. The room itself was excellent — proper blackout curtains and good acoustics, so sleep was never an issue. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive package was not worth it. Over seven nights, we only managed to get one dinner and two lunches at the restaurants. The best restaurant turned us away even though we had made a reservation the night before. Our booking was for 10 pm with a 15-minute grace period, and the restaurant closes at 10:30. We arrived at 10:18 — held up because the elevator took more than 10 minutes — and were simply told “sorry, we’re closed.” That is not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The gym is well equipped, but be prepared to work out in the Euro summer heat with poor air conditioning. Hope this helps!

A special thank you to Paola, who took care of our check-in and made our stay so enjoyable. She was amazing, and we truly appreciate all of her help! The property has several pools, and one of them was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a beautiful location next to an amazing cove beach and very tasty lunch spot

Excellent 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff well presented and ready to help if required. Food was lovely and fresh with lots of selection. Plenty of sun beds. Rooms immaculate and cleaned every day. Will definitely return

O hotel deixa a desejar na limpeza dos quartos. Nem sempre atendem a solicitação. No mais, é lindo, confortável e vale super a pena a aquisição All inclusive.

Lovely stay at TRS. High quality furnishings, very well kept and clean and the entertainment meant we were never bored on our 11 night stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de la plage. Le parking est facilement accessible. Les nombreuses piscines sont très agréables et le petit-déjeuner buffet est exceptionnel, avec un très large choix de produits de qualité. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée. En revanche, quelques petits détails mériteraient d’être corrigés : une poignée mal fixée, un élément cassé et le pommeau de douche qui se dévissait. Les cocktails, préparés à l’avance, n’étaient malheureusement pas à la hauteur. Malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La reserva fue completamente engañosa. Se muestran unas vistas que no correspondían con la habitación que daba a una terraza de grava sin ninguna vista. Puesta reclamación el caso que se nos hizo fue ninguno a pesar de interponer varias reclamaciones. El personal encantador en bares y restaurantes. La recepción deja mucho que desear y por supuesto el trato al Cliente ante una reclamación es lamentable. No puede darse toda la atención al cliente internacional y dejar al nacional como si fuera de tercera categoría.

Omg what can I stay this hotel was gorgeous and the staff was all Amazing , the food was big crowd pleaser .

Main pool had live music, Gravity Sky Bar on the rooftop had the best sunset view, Playa Pomelo had great drinks and private beach! Overall the TRS Ibiza Hotel property was beautiful. Buffet was top notch and Helios and El Gaucho Steak house has exquisite exotic foods.
