フランクフルトは駅周辺と空港エリアにはホテルが集中しているがレーマ広場周辺はホテルが少ない。そんな中でこのホテルはコスパと感じた。朝食はドイツらしくハムとチーズ、パンがとてもよかった。部屋の水回りも不自由なし。残念な点は建物は高層建築でないため部屋からの眺めは面白くない事であった。

I stayed here for business trip. This hotel is very well located. it was very easy to access from/to the central station and the airport by train. also i was able to walk to the city central/shopping area. the room was spacious enough. As a Japanese it was very good to have pairs of slippers in the room. the breakfast was also good. i was satisfied with the whole stay and i’ll definitely stay here again when i come to Frankfurt.

Great location, walk distance to shopping area, restaurants, sightseeing spots and metro stations. Also facilities are clean and convenient, staffs are friendly and supportive.

立地がよく、フランクフルト大聖堂や、レーマ広場、クラインマルクトなど、主要なところが徒歩圏でした。 アジア系のスーパーも近くて、田舎から買い出しに来るにはもってこいの立地。 部屋が広々していて、大きいスーツケースを広げても余裕がありました。 フロントの方も親切で助かった。 フランクフルト中央駅の近くと迷いましたが、こちらのホテルでよかったでず。

チェックイン　チェックアウトに長い間待たされる。 Wifiの状態が悪い部屋がある。 私は部屋を変えて貰った。 朝食の質が以前より悪くなっている。

他の方の口コミにあるように、朝食のバイキングはいろんな種類があり、とても満足しました。 最寄りの駅にも近く、治安も良かったのと、クリスマスマーケットまでも歩いて十分いける場所にあったので、便利でした。

チェックイン、チェックアウトは並びましたがスムーズでした。 朝食はいつも楽しみにしてて今回も美味しく頂きました。 部屋の洗面の蛇口が壊れてて水が横から飛び出し洗面台が濡れるのが残念でした。

L"hotel 4 stelle superior è in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono belle, pulite e ben pensate per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimi i servizi e la colazione. Struttura consigliatissima.

Excelente hotel, personal muy amable. Llegamos temprano y por venir de un vuelo de 12 horas nos dieron la habitación sin ningún cargo extra.

Would not stay again. The hotel is a mix of new and desperately needing renovation. Our fridge did not work, the lighting in the room was ridiculous, we booked a suite because we have kids and the living room lights only turned on with the bedroom lights, so we were unable to put the kids down and relax in the other room unless we sat in complete darkness. The tvs came with Chromecast, which was cool, but didn't work (internet was too slow to render, and on the other TV it didn't work at all) The bathroom sink we very discolored and yellow. And TO TOP IT OFF the lamp in the living room was broken, and in hindsight we should have said something, but ended up finding out that the hotel charged us $200 after we left because "we broke it". Criminals.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff all at reception were fantastic.. it could do a bit to improve on the breakfast. Not many varieties, I liked the pastries though

The hotel is in a great central location and the room was spacious and mostly quiet. However, the experience felt mixed. We arrived at 7 pm and the room was still not ready. They were still making the beds for our kids. The room had a strange mix of old and new, with parts clearly just left as they were before and others recently updated. Both TVs in the room were not set up correctly, which was frustrating. Parking was expensive. Overall, decent stay for one night, but the service and upkeep left room for improvement.

Excellent front desk Very clean, and the breakfast was delicious

VIP benefit said continental bf for one. We were confused so we booked bf buffet for 2. We got to hotel and we received the VIP voucher stating one breakfast a day free. Still not clear what sort of bf so too bad . Apart from that hotel staff were wonderful. Early check in, nice bf and free water and apple and jelly babies at reception.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. We walked everywhere and felt that the area was safe.
