客室の床が汚れていたのが気になったのと シャワーの水圧がなさすぎです。 その他は気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。

３名で宿泊しました。お部屋は２つをコネクティングして使用させていただきました。キッチネット付きで何よりベランダからプールにそのまま入れるつくりは、みんな大喜び。快適に過ごさせていただきました。 スタッフさんもフレンドリーでオプショナルツアーの手配や、忘れ物の対処までとても親切にしてくれました。 フロントデスクは朝８時から６時までなので、チェックインより早く到着の際はお気を付けください。

夏休み、家族で４泊しました。 フロントの方もとても感じがよく、親切でした。 ワンベッドルームデラックスに滞在しましたが、部屋の広さも十分でバルコニーも二ヵ所あり、キッチンも使いやすく快適でした。 ただ、デュアルキータイプの部屋のため、ドアを開けると２つまたドアがあり、鍵も明けずらかったことと、デュアルキーのもうひとつの部屋にも宿泊している方がいて、１つ目のドアを開けたところでバッティングし驚きました。 あとは立地もよくプールも素敵でリラックスさせていただきました。

今回は、ダブルベッドルームに泊まりました。ひとつの部屋かと思っていましたが1401.1402号室をつなげているのでダブルベッドルームです。 これがかなり良かった。 それぞれ違う部屋を楽しめました。眺望、インテリア、設備がそれぞれ違うのでかなり贅沢感を味わえました。 キッチンとバーベキュー施設もあるのでほとんど夕食は部屋で食べました。快適すぎて住みたいくらいでした。 いくつか細かいところで気になったところは、ベランダのジャグジーのお湯の出るのがかなり細くはいれるようになるまでかなり時間がかかることと、同じくそこのベランダに網戸が無く夜中にかが入ってきたことくらいでしょうか。 今回この部屋に泊まれてよかったと思います。

The only bright spot about the Mantra Heritage is the location, central to the main town. The biggest gripe I have is that this hotel does not service the rooms unless you have stayed 8 days, I think that is disgusting and explains why everything looks dirty and tired. You do not know about this until after you check in, and receive their instruction sheet. They need to really look at their model of business because it is really poor for a customer service operation. The Mantra Heritage is a disgrace to the ALL group, which I belong to. I will not book another Mantra. We're booked for 3 nights but left a day early even though we get no refund. This place is a very poor option for travellers that want somewhere central in Port Douglas. Having read the reviews I find that the hotel has for years said they use reviews to improve the guest experience, yet the same problems continue to pop up and nothing seems to be done. The room was filthy, I have taken pictures of the mould in the bathroom. The floor was sticky and dirty, and we were just horrified. The staff we saw did not want to know and avoided contact. I just cannot find anything positive to say about this hotel.

Poor room condition shower not properly fixed

the room was great. If you are located in a room in building two it's best to bring your bags in via Macrossan st or you have to carry them up 20+ steps to reach the first lift

location was excellent! Shops and restaurants and entertainment maximum 5 minute walk. -accommodation had comfy beds, good furnishings in apartment. - the fridge was smelly and floors had sand or dust. Got dirty feet walking barefoot in apartment. -pools area lovely but hotel staff told us one pool was heated to 28C. both pools including the spa were ice cold.

We were disappointed that we didn't get the room that we paid for - it did not match the advertised pictures and was smaller than advertised. The pools and spas were too cold to swim in and one of the spas was not working. The room was very dark and a big wall blocked our view. There was not enough cutlery for 2 people and there was no sink to wash it in. The blinds were stained and the pools had stains and chipped tiles. It was in need of a renovation and a good clean.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location!

We asked for a room with few stairs. Beware that there are 2 buildings, Reception being in a back street with about 12 steep steps from the footpath and no porter to help you with your luggage. Then if you are allocated a room in the second building, you need to walk around the pool area, climb about 20 steps with just one handrail with no porter to help you with your luggage, then find the lift to your floor. The lift has no access to the underneath car park or the bins. So no easy access to the pool area or the car park, you need to use the 20 steps which makes it extremely difficult for people like myself who need to use a walking stick and finds steps almost impossible.
