このホテルでは上級のスイートルームに宿泊したが、トイレが壊れている、ジャクシーのみでシャワーが無い、エアコンが効かないなどの不具合があった。7月に同じホテルのシングルルームに宿泊した際にシャワーが冷水しかなかったので今回は上級ルームに宿泊したので非常にガッカリした。受付には日本語を片言話す男性がアルゼンチン人にしては珍しく丁寧に謝ってくれたが、前述の事実を知らなかったので、これはホテルの経営者の問題と感じた。

There were only few good staffs. Most of them are just standing with no emotions or talking with the other staffs. In the end, they even tried to charge a fee which I had not spent, and didn't apologize. And then, The walls and windows are thin. Since somebody starts talking in another room, really noisy.

Queen's bed room has window with balcony and relatively clean condition. There are not any cups, tissue papers, refrigerator, and drinking water, Free breakfast buffet style is available with croissants, breads, eggs, sausages, and fruits. Bar open 24 hours.

Very small and narrow lifts and one lift never worked during three days stay. Bath room shower head didn’t enough for its work and upgrade never done I guess. Breakfast was okay compared to what I paid for but other things wasn’t good.

Buen lugar para hospedarse. Bufé de desayuno y habitaciones limpias y aclimatadas. Personal atento. Lugar céntrico, perfecto para salir a conocer lo que tiene que ofrecer Buenos Aires, a unos 15 minutos caminando del Obelisco.

Habitación pequeña, internet inestable.

Fiquei no quarto 114, o fedor de esgoto era insuportável. Quando tomávamos banho piorava. O hotel disse estar lotado e não ter como nos trocar de quarto, e também nao mandou ninguém pra olhar, já devem conhecer esse problema….. Hotel antigo que necessita muitas benfeitorias. Café da manhã bem simples. Razoável custo-benefício. Único destaque é o atendimento, equipe muito boa.

everything ok

Tudo muito bom após a reforma, já estive no hotel tem 8 anos e melhorou ter retirado os carpetes do quarto. O ponto de atenção é que o wi-fi na recepção falha bastante. No mais, tudo muito bom.

O quarto era minúsculo. Banheiro pequeno, box na entrada do banheiro muito apertado ducha molhou o banheiro inteiro.

O quarto muito bem limpo, café da manhã ótimo e completo. Localização excelente perto da Av.Currientes. Cama muito confortável e roupa de cama muito limpa. Funcionários atentos e receptivos

Atende bem para descansar e aproveitar a cidade. Tem uma boa localização.

J'avais reservé une chambre avec un lit double! Je me suis retrouvé avec une chambre avec trois petits lits une place! Il y avait des cheveux dans les draps! Le wifi est très mauvais! Impossible de voir une vidéo! Le petit déjeuner est bien, l'emplacement également!

Hotel básico, todo correcto pero no sobra nada

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The are was wonderful. The hotel room was incredibly noisy- we could hear the water pipes the people showering upstairs. The outlets were unusable with our chargers. We had to use the outlet in the tiny bathroom.
