Staff, Restaurants, and equipments are excellent. But, it locates a little bit far from the city centre.

ツインの部屋で予約していたがダブルの部屋へ案内された。 部屋変更してもらうも訪れてみるとまたもやダブル。 ベットメイキングで作り直してもらう。 ソファーのクッションが臭い。 翌日何故かカードキーが使えなくなる。 などのトラブルはあったが広くてモダンな部屋はとても良く、レストランでの朝食時の眺望も最高。 前述のトラブルがなければとても良い。

O Hotel faz muitas convenções e fica sempre muito cheio, superlotando o restaurante e o café da manhã. A paisagem onde o hotel se encontra é muito bonita, mas está localizado um pouco longe do centro da cidade.

FANTASTIC STAY!!! The room was beautiful, the views of the mountains and clouds every morning was a delight to see. After booking I saw a couple of mixed reviews but honestly this stay exceeded my expectations. And the gym was GREAT! Amazing set up - has everything you need for a decent workout. Breakfast had a great range each morning and had dinner one night at the reesturant and the portion was huge!

The facilities could have been explained to me when I arrived. I found some of the options only later on my trip. On an individual level the staff were polite and helpful. Please improve your taxi partner provision with a decent minimum standard. Although I knew it would be more expensive to book an airport shuttle through reception, I was t expecting a car with no air con, no car seats in the back and a dashboard with multiple warning lights. The driver was fine and I got to my flight, but not the best impression of the hotel in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Rooms where clean and well taken care of staff was kind and thoughtful

Staff were polite, quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and the place itself were kept in great condition. Our rooms were lovely and clean. We made use of the pool and the gym and we were very happy with both facilities (maybe some boxing gloves/focus mitts/boxing punch bag could be added in the future :) Overall; our stay was prefect and we will definitely stay there again when we are back in SA!

Delux room very spacious but in need of a bit of a refurbishment and sofas needed a good clean Staff very helpful and always available to shuttle my mother back and forth in a buggy

The other guests moving furniture upstairs late into the night - some rubber pads fixed onto the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor could be a possible solution.

Location is good

When I’m out from US to cape area, this is my go to property. I can’t always get in due to no room available but this is my first option. This property respects the Titanium status better than most US properties do. Excellent breakfasts, great service and uncompromising safety. I love the showers in the executive rooms. I push everyone who asks for recommendations for somewhere to stay to check this property out first. There’s a ton of great AirBnB in area, but this property is slightly better. Only hotel I say that about in Stellenbosch area.

This hotel is in a great location for wine tours. I stayed for a nearby wedding at Muratie winery. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, especially when our transport failed to turn up. Could not be better.
