総合評価とレビュー Hilton Garden Inn Redding

大人３人だったため、可動式ベッドを使用したが、クローゼットの中の緑の毛布を使用したところひどいにおいがした。 しばらく広げて干したりして少し匂いがおさまったが、洗ってないのかカビているのかの匂いがとても不快だった。 その他、フロントの男性(インド人？)はとても好感が持てた。

チェックインの際に、早朝6:00のフライトに合わせてタクシー手配してもらい、モーニングコールも受けてくれた。タクシー代はホテル持ち。空港までも近く便利だった。

目的地に行くための前泊と帰国する日の前泊に利用しました。空港に近く便利でした。ホテルから空港まで無料の送迎があります。夜だけの短い滞在でしたがくつろげました。

全体的に満足。レディングでの滞在の時は、ここを定宿にしようと思いました。宿泊客は、コーヒーやお茶が無料で飲めます。夕食もおいしいかった。朝食は今一つですが、これはアメリカ文化なので、やむなし。部屋は広く、コーヒーマシンがついていました。バスタブもありました。建物がしっかりしているようでしたが、意外に上階（？）の音が聞こえたので、それが苦手な人は向かないかもしれません。睡眠には支障ありませんでした。

設備のきれいさ、使い勝手の良さ、大変よかったです。 ロビーには、フリードリンク（コーヒー、紅茶）が用意されていたり、フロントにはウェルカムお菓子のクッキーが用意されていたりと、小さな心配りを感じるホテルでした。 滞在時間が短かったのですが、ゆったり行きたくなるホテルです。 次回、レディングに行くときもここにしたいと思います。

ホテルはとても奇麗で快適に滞在できました。ホテルのレストランも美味しく満足できましたが、周辺にレストランがないので選択肢が限られます。朝食が無料サービスだったら、もっと良かったです。

バスタブ内は滑りやすいし、固定シャワーの位置は高すぎて水量の調節はしづらいし、水量は勢いよすぎて(体が痛くなり)長時間シャワーを浴びる事ができませんでした。

The bedding was shabby and I iched all over until I aprayed with hand disinfectant. I have been in old hotels but tgey were cleaned! Everytime I turned the dust from the cover was hard to bear. They had construction on the hallways but why let guests stay if thr dust was not managed?

Clean, friendly, convenient, consistent every time we stay here.

my son and his fiancé just got married this weekend. I wanted them to have a place to stay where they would not be disturbed so got them a room for them at the Hilton Garden Inn. They loved it. They said the room was great. They had fantastic food available, and it was close to everything they needed

Friendly staff, nice accommodations and a happy hour with discounts on food (the pulled pork street tacos were quite good).

Besides construction it was great

Furniture was showing its age. Scuffed up. Bath tub had a stain in it tgat looked suspicious. I prefer a taller toilet. Nice towels and wash clothes and plentiful. Room carpet was nice. In room coffee yucky. Bed comfort mediocre. Nice location in proximity to dining and tge airport

Room could be upgraded.

First, Angelina in the dining area was very sweet and friendly. We enjoyed the convenience, especially in bad weather, to toast our anniversary with a cocktail from the hotel bar. Dinner was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast, however, was a mess. Angelina again was great and made things right. But we have to be honest and admit the food was subpar and not received in a timely manner. They definitely need to look at their morning kitchen staff.

Had a great time, happy hour and the drinks were heaven. The staff was amazing and gave pointers on day hikes.

The staff and most of the property were nice. Our room was out of the in shower conditioner and body wash and there was mold along the shower seals and parts of the wall. The TV also didn’t work on a majority of channels it would just flash for a few seconds then say no signal then go back to what was playing. It was quiet which was nice and the staff were super friendly and accommodating our needs with our dogs. We would stay here again!

They are remodeling so I gave less stars. The old ac/heater unit didn’t work well. Room was not upgraded yet so old furniture. Pillows were flat and not Hilton premium. Restaurant was very over priced and just ok. Denny’s would have been better. Sorry Hilton, I know you can do better.

Hotel is going through renovations right now but it didn’t really affect our stay. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely a great place to stay!
