クーラーがうるさかった。熟睡できない。

評価マイナス2で見たほうが良いホテルだと思う。

They were very attentive to our requests. The view from the window was very nice. It was very convenient to access any of the tourist attractions by short walk.

施設一階に飲食店が多数入っており便利。 立地も良くアラメダセントラルが目の前にあり、ソカロ広場へのアクセスも歩いて可能。目の前の道路は死者の日のパレードルートにもなっている。 室内や設備は綺麗だが、エアコンの使い方がわからなかった。また、トイレットペーパーは流せないタイプであった。

リッチが良く、何処に行くのにも都合が良かった。町中にも拘わらず、静かで快適でした。

This location, on Ave Juarez, across from historical Alameda Central, promised much BUT due to a public march the building was surrounded with a protective wall which blocked the ramp, making it difficult for my wife to take advantage of her wheel chair. Furthermore, there is no staff to provide assistance with luggage. We were able to talk the maintenance staff to help us out. This Location and room were subject to street noise until late hours. There was only half a roll of paper tissue in the bathroom and the courtesy phone required us to call maintenance. On the other hand, food was acceptable and the kitchen and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, as was the bartender. We chose this site due to the proximity to el Centro Histórico and it proved to be convenient in this regard. Best to make the reservation directly than thru a 3rd party. I don’t think I would stay there again under these conditions.

Un par de puntos a mejorar: 1. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y resulta incómodo para dormir (habitación 204) 2. Para el precio de la habitación, podrían poner de cortesía dos sobres de café (en vez de uno) y, evidentemente,los siguientes cobrarlos. Por lo demás, todo excelente y el detalle de las aguas rellenables es genial.

Hay seguridad en el hotel y está en muy buena ubicación. El staff es muy amable

Lo mejor de lo mejor, todo estaba al alcance del hotel, no me dieon la habitacion que pedi con vista a la Av Juarez pero muy comoda la habitacion
