スタッフは、皆さんとても親切で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 書き込む程のことではありませんが、客室のコーヒー用の紙コップやマドラー等の備品の補充がされていないことが何度かありました。 総合的に大満足です。

大変良いホテルで部屋も立派だったが、スタッフのサービスが最悪。特別プランなのに全くただの普通のシングルの客扱いで予約と全く違う部屋に通された。クィーンベッドのはずがタダのダブル＝部屋もシングル客用のもの。到着時のウェルカムギフト→何もなし。赤ワイン１本付き、というのもチェックイン時にはなく、夜遅くに部屋に戻るとようやく置いてあった。ホテルホールでどこかの会社のパーティをやっていて、フロアが違うのにかなりうるさかった上、朝には階段のところに吐瀉物が。。。とてもランクの良いホテルとは思えない。スタッフもやたらスノッブな対応で、日本人差別か！？と思ったほど。おすすめできません。

The location was close to many restaurants and shops. Very safe and walkable area. Close to many attractions and historical landmarks. The hotel was very clean, the room spacious and staff friendly.

Good location. Noise from road can be loud if staying in room on the front. Stayed in a junior suite , spacious and comfortable. More in for from staff on check in would’ve been helpful eg info on breakfast options but other then that staff were friendly and helpful.

Somos clientas habituales y la experiencia siempre ha sido satisfactoria. Esta vez sí hemos notado una cierta falta de mantenimiento, sobretodo en los colchones, y algunos detalles como cobrar 2 euros por dos sobrecitos de café en el servicio de kettle de la habitación, que han empañado en cierto modo nuestra estancia. Personal amabilísimo

Excellent location for touring town. Easy to use the underground parking facility for €25 daily charge. Room was comfortable but very tired. We had a junior suite and the lounge area needed more cleaning. The wardrobes needed updating. The price was very reasonable. Good selection at breakfast

Silken coliseum is great hotel in a centrally located “old Town”, walk in distance to all Places except Sardinero Beach and Palacio de la Magdalena. Silken Coliseum staff is friendly and property is clean.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk away from many interesting spots. However, although this is a non-smoking property, the room smelled like somebody had smoked in it, and not just once. The kind of smoke smell that was glued to the fabrics in the room, so I had to leave the window open the entirety of my stay there. For this price you may be better off somewhere else.

The hotel is conveniently located but below standard cosmetically, staff didn’t go out of their way to help you but were polite.
