First impression was this is not worth $150 a night. First room A/c didn’t cool. It was nice we got moved and upgrade but the halls and bathroom need desperate upgrades. We didn’t feel very clean for a $150 room.

Toilet flush handled was broken and sharp. TV monitor had unsightly repair work. Bright neighboring store sign could not be blocked due to a lack of curtains. Number on door was crooked. Breakfast--many gnats hovered around spout on milk pitcher Parking lot needs resurfacing and looked unkept. Rubber rug was crooked and deteriorating. Staff were friendly. Mattress was great. Would not recommend this particular hotel. Not worth the price.

We arrived at the hotel and found it to be clean overall. As you go up to the second floor, it looks like they’re in the middle of remodeling—the doors are unfinished and the updates feel incomplete. Our first room required a change because of an issue with the smoke alarm. The second room was clean, but had a very loud fan. While the AC did work, it wasn’t very efficient; the room would get hot because it took too long to kick on. The shower also showed unprofessional-looking repairs. The biggest disappointment was the pool and jacuzzi. The pool isn’t heated, and the jacuzzi does not work, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was decent. Overall, it’s fine for a night’s sleep, but the hotel is definitely lacking in comfort and amenities.

After a long day, we pull up to the site only to find a note that said they were closed. No notice. This left us tired and frustrated with no place to stay. Will not use Comfort inn again.!!

This Hotel is closed and looks like its been abandon. I don't know why it still lets us book through Expedia. Had to go look for another hotel. Expedia has another hotel available that is also closed down. I didn't book through Expedia.

price is ridiculous for garden city kls

the two main reasons I reserved my stay at Comfort Inn, were both unavailable. No Internet access. When asked at the front desk,the response was, "We have been out of Internet Service for a few days. No, there is no ETA." This was said with absolute irritation that I even asked. Second. the Hot Tub was not as advertised. There was no hot tub, just an attached seating area from the main pool. And this was dirty, along with the main.pool. There was trash and murky water, plus damage to the bottom of both pools. Absolutely unusable. Also, the first floor was under maintenance. Painting supplies and half painted walls, multiple ceiling tiles uncovered, with open wires hanging down, and whomever was working on the room across the hall, was not friendly and rude while I was coming and going. He seemed irritated I was even there. there was a distinct oder of Pot in the entryway, and in the common room. A group of travellers, I found out later it was a bunch of boxers were having meetings in that room, and were not happy I even entered it to get some coffee. I totally felty unwelcome, from the staff to the condition of the hotel, and the other residents. I will never reserve this hotel again, and I have multiple reasons to stay in Garden City year-round.

Property is currently being remodeled with lots of unfinished areas, torn carpet, sheet rock dust. Initial room we checked into had burned out bathroom light, had to move to a second room. Wi-fi down.

It was under renovation when we stayed but you could see the potential.

The first room stunk like pet feces and urine. Asked for a different room. No bad smells but—— tub was dirty, no drain plug to bathe my son. Beetles were crawling across the floor. Sample bottles of shampoo were half used. No fitted sheets. AC couldn’t be regulated, room was hot or cold! TV was difficult to finally be able to watch. We couldn’t shut the curtains. Breakfast was burnt and no milk for the cereal. Queen beds were actually full sized beds. Laundry was on the floor under the vanity with the sink. The good—- the lobby had nice furniture with great colors. All at regular price!!! Unbelievable how we couldn’t even get a decent discount for the disaster of a remodel gone bad!

Quick and easy

Stay was terrible. Starting with check in. Receptionist was polite and respectful but the lobby stunk like it was covered by cheap cologne as well as being poorly lit wherever i went. Pool and gym where a joke as well being just not maintained. Evrywhere there was poor renovations. Our room was next to noisy dogs so it felt like we where in a bad part of town. Surprisingly had a good nights sleep and breakfast was good. High praises for the staff but everything else was just awful. For what you pay and what you get is just not fair. Stay somewhere else with a better reputation.

Possibility worst hotel ever. I felt like I was in a horror film

Bed was very good, we slept well and woke up refresh. Breakfast was good with enough food options to choose from.

The rooms were ok. However I was bitten by bed bugs. I spoke with the staff and they were understanding however getting any communication from management has been poor. Actually NO communication I getting put off by them saying the manager is not there to ok the refund. SMH I had to leave my clothes and luggage asking for a refund is the least that can happen but it seems like that is too much. So I guess I need to pursue other options because going the route of telling them immediately at 4am, contacting Expedia, and staying on top of checking back in does NOTHING!!!

The property was under obvious renovation. However, the staff has done an excellent job with maintaining proper cleanliness. They were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would register with them again.
