チェックイン時にとても温かい歓迎を受け、無料のドリンク券と部屋のアップグレードを受けました。滝の眺めは素晴らしく、含まれていたビュッフェ式朝食は美味しく、温かい料理と冷たい料理がありました。すべてが清潔で、ホテルに欠点はなく、また泊まりたいと思いました。

We have got perfect room. They upgraded our room and we got a perfect view of Niagara in our room. This hotel is very perfect if you want to see Niagara Falls from the room. But the information from the concierge are not really helpfull. The did not explain clearly about everything we asked. I guess maybe because they are so busy servicing lots of guests there
