Good attention, good food, excellent service

you get what you pay for: the photos are definitely when the property was new. it’s maintained enough to make it function but no way near the photos.

No había discoteca, ni chow nocturno la comida muy poca variedad nada de entrenamiento para la noche muy malo

El bar ya a las 12 am está cerrado pra se un hotel que no tiene discoteca muy poca entretencion más bien parece un hotel de personas de la 3ra edad que solo van a comer y dormir

Place was nice. Seems to have had some updates. Had issues with our room the first day. But they changed our rooms without issue. Buffet is ok. But it was good to take advantages of the many other restaurants to eat in the evening.

The entertainment was good, the food was really good, the room was a little dingy, the bathroom had a bad odor. The shower was hard to control. We had no hot water one day.

We previously stayed at this resort and were disappointed to see the quality decline. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but a few were not. The facilities still look good, but the rooms are in need of some renovation. The food was good, but we suffered food poisoning during our 4-day stay, which ruined the last two days of our trip. Additionally, there's a stream of water flowing from the hotel into the beach that smells terrible, and there were no beach loungers. Overall, it's clear that the resort needs some improvements.

Excellent service, very good food, they just need to improve the drinks, very little variety of drinks, they don't have whiskey 👎

Well, we visited for 4 days and 3 night a family trip, we are member they didn’t give us the VIP services. We are not happy we the services.

Good food, friendly staff. Our only issue was moving between locations whilst raining but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The Property was Great for Our Vacation.

The staff on the reaort was great. Our room seemed nice but had some issues. We had no hot water and then we started having a water leak from the ceiling and our room needed to be changed. We had to argue to get a new room that was the same as what we had, because they wantes to down grade us. The new room we were moved into also.had no hot water for the shower. Other than that the resort was ok.
