レセプション（フロント）で地図をいただいたときに大変丁寧にホテル周辺の案内をしていただきました。無料Wi-Fiの速度はメールやウェブ閲覧には十分でした。接続にユーザネームとパスワードが必要ですが、電話で聞いた番号は使えませんでした。利用される方はチェックインの際に紙でもらいましょう。 朝食は大変おいしかったです。チュロスがおいしく、毎回食べていました。 空港からホテルまでの交通はバスを利用しました。バス停はリナレス・リバス通りのア・コルーニャ港前で、バス停からホテルまでは300mほどでした。鉄道（レンフェ）の駅も、すぐ近くのポンテベドラ広場のバス停から１本でいけます。道を挟んで向かい側にスーパーがあり、水などの購入に便利です。 部屋のティッシュペーパーの備え付けが、アメニティセットの数枚分しかありません。なくなればレセプションに言えばもらえると思いますが、箱ティッシュの備え付けがほしいところです。

繁華街にも，海にも，空港リムジンバス停にも近く，便利であった．アコールニャ空港にインフォメーションデスクがなく市街地図を手に入れることができず，ホテルのフロントに地図を欲しいと申し出たらコピーをくれたが，文字が小さ過ぎて役に立たなかった．気が利かないフロントがいるということである．しかし，別の時にシーフードレストランを紹介してほしいとフロントに尋ねたら，その人は地図に道順を書いて教えてくれて親切だった．

観光名所（旧市街地）や駅のすぐ近くという訳ではありませんが，便利な場所にあります．部屋も清潔でキレイでした．ラコルニャ大学へのバスもすぐ近くから出ています．フロントもアットホームでいい雰囲気でした．

最初に渡されたのが、エレベーター脇の部屋だったので 変更をお願いすると、すぐ、普通の部屋にしてもらうこと が出来ました。 フロントの対応がとても早くてスムーズでした。

The first room was very small and dark and it smelt weird. However, we managed to change rooms and the next one was bigger, brighter and no bad smell.

A pesar de alojarnos todos los años y pedir habitaciones con vistas a calle Médico Rodríguez no tuvieron en cuenta nuestra solicitud y una de las habitaciones daba a un patio interior. Las rejillas de ventilación de las habitaciones están llenas de polvo, deberían prestar atención a este detalle.

Pretty nice hotel. One of the rooms had AC that worked better than the other room. Maybe your parents don’t care about this, but Americans always want to have AC in the summer.

The reservation was for 3 adults. The room was prepared for 2 adults and a pet. We had to make the third bed, so my son can sleep

Solid hotel but no extra frills. Nevertheless I’d stay here again as location is pretty good.

Hotel was very nice, clean and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Only suggestion I would give is for the facilities to be more accessible for wheelchair quests. Entrance has no wheelchair access in the front.. no one told us until the next day they had a wheelchair access on the side till the next day. The one wheelchair ramp is small and super inconvenient and no signs indicating it’s access out or in. Otherwise we had absolutely no issues.
