何より、翌朝早い時間のフライトでこのホテルを選んだが チェックイン時、翌朝空港迄の送迎を依頼したところ、無い と言われた。〈HPには一部屋6ポンドと書かれていた。〉 自分たちの他は、車の客らしかった。が、困った。 なにしろ、交通の弁の悪い所〈レンタカーなら良い〉ところなので しかし、タクシーを頼んでくれ予約通りに来てくれホッとした。 ここが、1番だったので後のことはコスパも良いので良いかな。 参考までに ２０２３.７宿泊時、フロントのある棟は全面改装工事中で 足の踏み場も無い状況。宿泊部屋は別棟へと言われたが 案内された棟もやはり工事中。階段も電気を点けるのはコツ が必要だった。 部屋は静か。シャワーが天井に固定式でお湯もチロチロ。 この夜は、シャワーを我慢した。 タクシーが早朝　時間通りに来てくれたのは何よりだった。

南ターミナルからバスで行くべき。北ターミナルからのタクシーは23£とバスの10倍かかる。

空港からの送迎が、 事前にホテルに連絡が必要との事でメールしましたが、 バス停備え付けの電話で連絡する様に返信があり、 連絡してから来るので20分待ちました。 ホテル到着時に、 帰りの送迎時間を伝え送迎料金(メールの返信中にありましたが)片道１部屋につき£6を支払いました。 この料金は予約前に解る様になっているとよかったかなと思いました… 客室自体は広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 ただ、 Wifiの接続具合はイマイチでした… 朝食はコンチネンタルですが、 十分な内容に思いました。 空港ホテルとして、 他の大型のホテルよりは劣るのかも知れませんが、 もしトランジットのみのイギリス滞在であれば、 多少はイギリスらしさに触れられるホテルとしていいのではないかと思います。

空港に近く便利なホテルでした。 料金もリーズナブルで、設備も悪くはなく、安心して泊まれました。 空港まではシャトルバスがありましたが、一人３ユーロで予約制、しかもだいぶ待たされました。 Wi-Fi無料で、つながりもとても良かったです。

Room was incredibly basic, floor was dirty, walls were dirty, bedding was stained. I dont know if we were above the kitchen but there was a VERY strong smell of food coming in to the room. The windows could do with an upgrade too since its on a main road. I would say you get what you pay for, although we had the superior room, so i would've at least expected a clean and presentable room. Luckily we were there just for one night but it wasnt a comfortable one.

The hotel is very basic but comfortable. It is very clean and the staff is excellent. There is a restaurant on-site and the food was very reasonable and delicious

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. Very convenient location to Gatwick airport. The Whitehouse made the airpot transfer easy and hassle free. Good place to stay overnight for an early flight.

we came to reception to complain no one around tang bell a few times our room was unsuitable sheets cover and illow were dirty did'nt get much sleep could'nt get tv chanells we did get the man to pir room but he did'nt even try to help the room was horribl we had to wait nearly 20 minutes

Chambre trop petits pour 4 personnes a peine la place de poser les valises entre les lits. Fenêtre ouverte proximite de la route tres bruyante. Lit superposé enfants de mauvaise qualité qui grince des qu'on bouge un orteil. Tres mauvaise insonorisation avec les chambres voisines. La navette qui normalement commence a 6h finalement ne commence qu'à 7h et l'hotel ne peut pas reserver de taxi pour vous.

Small outdated hotel but nice staff and convenient.

We had an overnight layover and this hotel turned out to be a great choice to rest and recharge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar stayed open late with food options available. They also offer airport transportation at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

The customer service was not great. The man at the front desk was rude and gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there when I was asking questions. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing—the carpets were old, stained, and dirty. The towels provided were worn and old. Additionally, the television in our room was not working properly. The remote control wouldn’t function correctly, and when I informed the staff, they immediately said it did work. I called again to follow up, and they sent someone to check it. He told us they would have a new remote by the next day, which never happened. In the meantime, we were told to turn the TV off using the button on the back. This is clearly poor customer service, especially if they are unable to replace something as simple as a remote control. While the fee is not the highest, it’s also not cheap. It may be the more affordable option, but paying a bit more elsewhere would likely be well worth it.

The greeting at reception was friendly, I confirmed my car to Gatwick for the early morning. There was a delicious aroma of curry from the dining area. I asked if there was a hair dryer in my room, and was given one, straight away. Just enough time to wash and dry my hair, before sampling the curry!

Liked takeout eating facilities, outdoor seating, good food in restaurant. Room very basic but ok for overnight pre Gatwick flight. Hotel minibus prompt and ready for our 2.30 a.m. airport trip (good price) and staff polite and helpful. Would stay again. Sue and Allen, Pagham

Easy check in. Easy to het to. Close to airport and curry is to die for.
