何より、翌朝早い時間のフライトでこのホテルを選んだが チェックイン時、翌朝空港迄の送迎を依頼したところ、無い と言われた。〈HPには一部屋6ポンドと書かれていた。〉 自分たちの他は、車の客らしかった。が、困った。 なにしろ、交通の弁の悪い所〈レンタカーなら良い〉ところなので しかし、タクシーを頼んでくれ予約通りに来てくれホッとした。 ここが、1番だったので後のことはコスパも良いので良いかな。 参考までに ２０２３.７宿泊時、フロントのある棟は全面改装工事中で 足の踏み場も無い状況。宿泊部屋は別棟へと言われたが 案内された棟もやはり工事中。階段も電気を点けるのはコツ が必要だった。 部屋は静か。シャワーが天井に固定式でお湯もチロチロ。 この夜は、シャワーを我慢した。 タクシーが早朝　時間通りに来てくれたのは何よりだった。

南ターミナルからバスで行くべき。北ターミナルからのタクシーは23£とバスの10倍かかる。

空港からの送迎が、 事前にホテルに連絡が必要との事でメールしましたが、 バス停備え付けの電話で連絡する様に返信があり、 連絡してから来るので20分待ちました。 ホテル到着時に、 帰りの送迎時間を伝え送迎料金(メールの返信中にありましたが)片道１部屋につき£6を支払いました。 この料金は予約前に解る様になっているとよかったかなと思いました… 客室自体は広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 ただ、 Wifiの接続具合はイマイチでした… 朝食はコンチネンタルですが、 十分な内容に思いました。 空港ホテルとして、 他の大型のホテルよりは劣るのかも知れませんが、 もしトランジットのみのイギリス滞在であれば、 多少はイギリスらしさに触れられるホテルとしていいのではないかと思います。

空港に近く便利なホテルでした。 料金もリーズナブルで、設備も悪くはなく、安心して泊まれました。 空港まではシャトルバスがありましたが、一人３ユーロで予約制、しかもだいぶ待たされました。 Wi-Fi無料で、つながりもとても良かったです。

Good and affordable place

Basic & clean enough, exactly what I needed for one night, quiet considering close to Gatwick. There was a bar/ restaurant but I didn’t need it. There was also a downstairs fridge/ eating room which I thought was a nice touch. Nothing fancy just convenient

Upon arrival, I discovered the following severe issues: Health & Safety Violation: The beds were infested with bugs. This is a hazardous sanitary issue that made the room completely uninhabitable. Misrepresentation of Space: The room contained four beds (including a bunk bed) packed into a space meant for one or two beds maximum, creating a severe safety hazard. Lack of Accessibility Disclosure: The property had no elevator. Because this was not clearly disclosed on your website, I sustained a back injury while forced to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. My request for refund was dull ignored by the property and hotela.com

Friendly and helpful staff at a great price thank you. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll see you hopefully next week again.

The staff was very nice but the hotel is very dated and does not have A/C or even fans so during the heat wave it was hot and when we opened the window, it was very loud with the street traffic and in the back the neighbors were loud.

Entering the hotel for late check in was very easy. The front desk man was very kind and took us to the airport. Very small room and had quite a few flies, but decent place just to sleep close to the airport.

Good value for money compared to other hotels near Gatwick. The airport shuttle is convenient—it's not cheap, but neither is taking an Uber, even though the hotel is less than two miles from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning or fan, so opening the windows meant some road noise. The hotel restaurant was decent, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Turn left out of the hotel to reach a pleasant, pedestrian-friendly area with a charming town center. I'd happily stay here again for an overnight stop before or after a flight.

Cheap and cheerful but clean and helpful staff it’s very fit for purpose. Managed to negotiate a late check out for an extra few quid leaving at 1pm very fair.

Indian cuisine st the restaurant was a positive surprise.

Very affordable prices and in Horley which is conveniently near to Gatwick Airport. The continental breakfast is good and the inhouse restaurant serves delicious and very affordable Indian food. They also have laundry facilities. I was very happy with my stay.
