何より、翌朝早い時間のフライトでこのホテルを選んだが チェックイン時、翌朝空港迄の送迎を依頼したところ、無い と言われた。〈HPには一部屋6ポンドと書かれていた。〉 自分たちの他は、車の客らしかった。が、困った。 なにしろ、交通の弁の悪い所〈レンタカーなら良い〉ところなので しかし、タクシーを頼んでくれ予約通りに来てくれホッとした。 ここが、1番だったので後のことはコスパも良いので良いかな。 参考までに ２０２３.７宿泊時、フロントのある棟は全面改装工事中で 足の踏み場も無い状況。宿泊部屋は別棟へと言われたが 案内された棟もやはり工事中。階段も電気を点けるのはコツ が必要だった。 部屋は静か。シャワーが天井に固定式でお湯もチロチロ。 この夜は、シャワーを我慢した。 タクシーが早朝　時間通りに来てくれたのは何よりだった。

南ターミナルからバスで行くべき。北ターミナルからのタクシーは23£とバスの10倍かかる。

空港からの送迎が、 事前にホテルに連絡が必要との事でメールしましたが、 バス停備え付けの電話で連絡する様に返信があり、 連絡してから来るので20分待ちました。 ホテル到着時に、 帰りの送迎時間を伝え送迎料金(メールの返信中にありましたが)片道１部屋につき£6を支払いました。 この料金は予約前に解る様になっているとよかったかなと思いました… 客室自体は広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 ただ、 Wifiの接続具合はイマイチでした… 朝食はコンチネンタルですが、 十分な内容に思いました。 空港ホテルとして、 他の大型のホテルよりは劣るのかも知れませんが、 もしトランジットのみのイギリス滞在であれば、 多少はイギリスらしさに触れられるホテルとしていいのではないかと思います。

空港に近く便利なホテルでした。 料金もリーズナブルで、設備も悪くはなく、安心して泊まれました。 空港まではシャトルバスがありましたが、一人３ユーロで予約制、しかもだいぶ待たされました。 Wi-Fi無料で、つながりもとても良かったです。

Very affordable prices and in Horley which is conveniently near to Gatwick Airport. The continental breakfast is good and the inhouse restaurant serves delicious and very affordable Indian food. They also have laundry facilities. I was very happy with my stay.

A short bus ride from Gatwick N or S to st Bartholomew's Church stop and then a 5 minute walk, this small hotel is great value for the price--it is comfortable with windows that open (a plus on this very hot day) and full bar including Guinness on draft and Indian restaurant and outside tables to enjoy food and drink. My room was clean, spacious and the hot water in the shower immediate. I rested very well between my work and my next flight. There is an historic pub at the end of the foot path through St Bartholomew's church yard. Really nice, everything.

The continental breakfast was interesting with some Indian flavored cereals and couscous. They did have some gluten free options. There was yoghurt, salad and toast also. The room was really small which made it difficult to repack the suitcases in preparation for flying out the next day. The airport shuttle costs money and is not complimentary. The shower drain was not working very well so the shower filled up with water. It was overall clean and quiet.

I loved the Indian food for supper. I loved that the owner was there a participated in everything from picking us up at the airport to checking us in. We had to change rooms for a firmer mattress but that was so problem with management. I would stay there again.

Dated room and this is the same for most of the property. Location is convenient, near the airport, The breakfast options were limited. For a one night stay the property is tolerable but I would not stay there for more than one night.

The staff was nice and helpful. The property was cleaned and well manage. The only thing the car parking is chargeable, I less like. cheers

Do not book the hotel shuttle as the receptionist/driver may argue with you about the collection time even though it's pre booked. Order a Uber or get a taxi using an app to get a discount. There was someone using power tools till minutes to 11 pm then several people were traversing through the hallways up until midnight. Depending on when you arrive, someone may or may not be at the front desk so you can get inside which is another drama in itself. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay before travelling from Gatwick terminals with standards and a guaranteed good customer experience, it's better to stay at one of the chains, e.g. Travelodge. Avoid this place if possible!!!
