食事は種類も多く野菜もあり、卵も調理してくれます。朝食の手焼きのパンがとても美味しかったです。夕食の牛スジの煮込みのようなものがとても美味しかったです。 家族4人（大人2人＋小学生2人）でSuperior Roomに滞在しました。29㎡との記載だったのですが部屋はとても狭く感じました。クローゼットにはベッドと壁の狭い隙間を横に歩かなければいけません。家具の配置が非常に無駄があります。4人での宿泊ならデラックススイートを予約することをお勧めします（バスタブも付いていますし）。 ホテルのレートはとても悪いです。宿泊費は先にサイトで支払ってしまうか、空港で換金してから現金で支払った方が良かったと思いました。

Impecable tout était parfait

Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. I had decided not to return to Morocco a couple of years ago but Barcelo has completely changed our minds and will 100% return. Staff amazing, and not in your face in restaurants or mither, like some other hotels. Room adequate size and spotless. Choice of quiet pool and slightly busier one with more than enough beds all day. Très beau resort, très calme et tranquille, plutôt orienté romantisme

Stayed here for 1 night with my wife. We chose not to extend our stay after that. Nice hotel with modern and clean rooms, located in a quiet area. However, the hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Marrakech. The food was decent and certainly edible, but it was not particularly memorable. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the city center during your stay, which is a positive. However, it is disappointing that this service is not available upon arrival or departure. In those cases, you need to book a taxi, which costs around 100 MAD to get into the city. Check-in went smoothly, but it did not feel entirely professional or in line with what one would expect from a resort. Having stayed at several resorts before, I also feel that this hotel does not live up to a typical resort experience. A major downside is that the hotel did not answer the phone, either before or during our stay, despite several attempts to contact them. When the shuttle service cannot be used upon arrival and departure, good communication becomes even more important. This is particularly challenging in Marrakech, where taxi services are not always reliable. I also did not find the staff especially helpful or service-minded. I stayed here using points and therefore did not pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all-inclusive resort experience. I will not stay here again based on the level of service I experienced.

Parfait pour un séjour avec un enfant en bas âge.

No animation. No evening shows. Pools not heated in April. Nothing to do really. All inclusive package isn’t really all inclusive (as you have to pay for most drinks and food). Pretty simple food (tagine for lunch and dinner).

i booked the general hotel room and don’t opt for the all inclusive service. i emailed th hotel informing the of my late arrival and requested a shuttle but never heard back. at the airport i saw the driver from the hotel and asked him if i could get a ride and he directed me to a taxi. upon arrival, the front desk staff was nice enough and confirmed they received my late check in a. airport pickup request but didn’t say that either was confirmed simply that they received it. once in my room, There was an immediate odor, smell could have been from the ac being off. the sheets didn’t appear to have been changed, or maybe they were washed nicely, there were some small stains, the breakfast selection was small and didn’t taste or look very good. i ordered a vegetarian wrap with room service and received very hard toasted with raw carrots, and cucumbers and tomatoes, with soggy fries . i also ordered a fruit salad which was slimy, and a glass bottle of soda with no bottle opener. the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, the shower was dirty, the towels were extremely rough and over washed. it didn’t feel like a barcelo brand but more like a. best western. i also tried the hama spa and the service was poor. the description of the service included a body and head massage and a facial and each service felt rushed and poorly delivered. perhaps the staff isn’t trained well. there is no business center to work if you need to. gratuities are expected and even if you tip well they wo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Morocco, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality. The architecture and décor of the resort was stunning. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Amazing buffet with delicious and different food to choose each time. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort - a 5 star experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent — freshly prepared throughout the day, always warm, and with plenty of variety. The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day.
