Hotel website showed free parking but hotel staff did not provide sufficient information about parking instead they give us paid parking info. Eventually hotel website insist there are hotel free parking but in reality there wasn’t. Unfamiliar place and new to travelers, unfriendly and insufficient support by hotel website. Regards Service level, bit disappointed.

街歩きにも川沿いのお散歩にも近くて、施設も新しく綺麗で清潔な過ごしやすいホテルでした。また行きたいです。

The room was really nice, staff were really helpful and room service was greatly quick. However, the walls are very thin and not well soundproofed, so when staying on a weekend be prepared to hear music/the sounds of other people in their rooms.

A pleasant stay. Everything was ok but staff not particularly friendly. Breakfast was good although it would have been good to have cooked to order eggs.

Great hotel! So good, we decided to add a second night.

Chambre et salle d'eau très spacieuses, confortable, très propre, bien insonorisé et. Nous avons regretté l'absence de bouilloire et cafetière dans la chambre, équipements qui sont de mise dans tout établissement qui se respecte aujourd’hui, avec en plus le refus catégorique de la réception pour un service en chambre le matin.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Zentral gelegen.

Great location. A couple of things to note - parking garage is 1.90M height so if you have an SUV it will not fit. You will need to park down the street at hospital for €28 an night. Also note there is a €26 supplemental charge for having your dog with you.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The staff was outstanding, accommodating and they spoke and understood English.
