The staffs are very kind, helpful! Breakfast is so nice and the hotel is so clean! However, the Internet connection (wi-fi; but available for free!) is quite, deadly slow...it was slower than the dial-up connection over 10 years ago... However, except for this wi-fi problem, everything was quite nice - highly recommended!

I was very unlucky to have had drunk men talking loudly all night under my window while smoking cigarettes. I put in earplugs but it wasn’t enough. Since there was no AC, I had to keep the window open so did not sleep. It’s not the hotels fault but the guests where disrespectful. It is also located 16 minutes away from public transportation. On the positive side, there is a nice park located close by. Thankfully I had only one night booked so could change hotels. I guess it’s probably better on a weekday when people don’t drink as much or convenient if you have a car as they have parking.

Hotel is 50 minutes away from Cologne station and city centre if you don't mind walking then this hotel could be for you. Breakfast is expensive would recommend going elsewhere or buying groceries if you want to save more money.

The stay was excellent, the reception staff were incredible, very attentive, and they make you feel at home.

The only negative for our stay was the room entry sytem did not work. Access was with the help of hotel staff.
