比較的静かな環境で、また地下鉄やトラム駅、またスーパーマーケットも近く便利な立地です。 従業員の方はフレンリーで親切です。 部屋は清潔で、必要十分な設備があり快適です。 なお、エレベーターが各階の中間の位置で止まるため、半階分は階段を使う必要があります。 総合的には、コスパの高い良いホテルと思います。

家族3人で利用しました。 ３つの部屋で構成されていました。１つ目はベッドルーム少し狭いシングルベッド２つとソファーベッド１つの部屋。寝起きするには十分の広さです。 ２つ目はシャワールームでごく一般的な広さ。お湯をためる風呂はありません。 ３つ目はクローゼット　スーツケース３つを開けて置けるくらいのスペースがあります。もちろん、ジャケットなどを掛ける場所もあります。しかも、このクローゼットは鍵をかけられるので、スーツケースを開けたままにしても安全です。 良い点 近くにお店が有るので、水やヨーグルト、パンなど軽食を購入しやすい。 旧市街地まで徒歩15分程度、最寄りの駅まで数分なのでどこに行くにもアクセスしやすい。 問題点は、エレベーターが無いなので、重たいスーツケースを持って移動するのが大変 総合的には、泊まってよかったホテルです。

Uバーンから近く、スーパーやカフェもすぐ近隣にある。 ホテル自体は、フロント階のトイレは詰まるため、利用はしない方がいいでしょう。 また、部屋にはエアコンがなく、サーキュレーターで過ごすので、部屋の中が暑かったです。 コインランドリー設備ありの表記になってましたが、設備が無いので、遠出のランドリーまで移動する事になりました。　

普通のホテルで可もなく不可もなくといったところです。 中心部までは地下鉄で2駅程度で、歩けなくもありません。

地下鉄の駅からも近く、スーパマーケットも近所に2件あり、ロングステイは快適です。お目当てのオクトーバフェストの会場にも地下鉄乗り換え無し(4つ目)で行ける、さらには旧市街も歩いて10分くらいなので立地は最高です。路面電車も近くを走っています。部屋・サービスともよかったです。Wi-Fi(有料)はデバイス1つごとに課金(ログオンが固定)されるのでＰＣやタブレットを複数お持ちの方はホテルで何を使うか初めからきめておかれたほうが良いです。部屋にはバスタブはありませんでした。初日はお昼前についたのですが、部屋が用意でき次第チェックインさせてもらえました。

Das Zimmer zum Innenhof war äusserst ruhig. Sehr angenehm. Etwas dunkel. Sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

O hotel é estrategicamente localizado em uma rua silenciosa próxima das principais atrações de Munique. Quarto amplo, com cama confortável e atendimento impecável da recepção.

Location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very attentive to our family's needs.

Great location. Easy access to public transport and easy walk to many attractions. Lovely breakfast. Only downside was regular thumping noise from overhead room!!

Upon check in I found the receptionist to be very friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth. The hotel is close the the subway and bus lines. It is also within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The breakfast was healthy with plenty of options. The room was large enough and the bathroom was huge. It would have been better with a microwave. Overall, I thought our stay was pleasant.

Il n'y avait pas de chauffage, quand je l'ai dit le lenddmain matin à la réception, le personne présenre m'a à peine répondu et a eu l'air de s'en ficher éperdumment... Le pied dd la lampe de chevet était covert de poussière. La chambre était très sombre. J'ai réservé ailleurs pour mon prochain séjour à Munich et suis très contente d'avoir fait ce choix.

Good location to reach many of the main attractions. Hotel is clean and rooms are a decent size for European standards. The whole hotel is very dated though. Red carpets. Yellow walls. No frills at all. No gym. Not even an ice Machine but overall it’s a good cheap stay for those that are only in the room to sleep.

A comfortable little business hotel in a quiet residential area just a couple of U-Bahn stops from the Munich HBF. Clean, excellent breakfast, rooms were small but clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that it’s an old European building, so while there is an elevator you have to walk up or down a half a flight of stairs to get to it, so you have to lug your bags a little bit.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
