Wonderful family run hotel was a lovely place to stay.Beds very comfortable and lots of restaurants 5 mins drive away..

Only entrance close to freeway on ramp. Pool literally filled with dirt. Clean and quiet.

Shower has a switch to turn on they failed to tell us about so we couldn't showe

It was relaxing. Stood there because we went to universal studios. It was quiet and clean. The only downfall was there was no microwave in the rooms.

This unprecedented horrible experience should never be repeated. The proprietor unilaterally canceled my reservation, bringing disgrace upon himself and the Expedia brand. This establishment is unreliable and deceptive.

This property and owner are disgusting. He is rude and unprofessional and will YELL AT YOU ON THE PHONE and hang up on you. I was cancelling my stay within my time limit and the lady said they would happily process my refund. Then, when I called back, the man screamed at me and told me no and hung up on me multiple times. Disgusting people. Don’t EVER stay here.

Clean , easy access to highway and quite

Overall the stay was good. Quiet and clean. One downside is that our fridge didn’t work so we just didn’t use it.

This hotel is in really good shape considering its age. We felt comfortable and safe. The bed was nice and room was clean.

It was a few months ago, but the hotel was great. I found this place on short notice because another hotel had terminated my reservation with only 3 hours' notice.

A very basic room. Was everything we were looking for. A comfortable place to sleep for a night. My only complaint: the sheets were a bit scratchy.

Right next to the freeway so it’s not a quiet location, but we didn’t have an issue with the noise.

Outdated facilities and sub-par check in experience.

Its a nice, no frills hotel for a comfy stay. Exceptionally clean rooms, comfy beds, nice staff and a very convenient location near food, theme parks and shopping.

We showed up early and was sent away, difficult to understand the young woman at the glass where we are to check in. Told her I had difficulty hearing, she did not adjust. Made my friends and I feel uncomfortable. I felt like they were watching us. Will not stay there again.

The beds were lumpy, my back ached every morning. We had to always ask for extra towels, the last day the towels were so small trying to dry off was hard to cover your body.
