トラム、メトロの駅に近くてとても便利でした。

メトロやトラムの停留所が目の前なので、空港や観光地への行き来もかなり便利だった。 大きいスーパーが近くに無いことくらいか

かなりおすすめできるホテルです。 ですが、バスタオルの交換が無かったのが残念でした。

駅に近く交通の便が良かった。

ホテルの部屋はとても広く快適でした！ プラハ城やカレル橋にも近いのでとても便利！なにより、 3泊しましたが、レセプションのスタッフはいつでもとても親切でした。わたしの至らない英語もきちんと理解しようとして下さったので、非常に助かりました。普段は面倒なので口コミ等を書くことはありませんが、ここのホテルは素晴らし過ぎたので、書こうと思いました！プラハに行く方は絶対にここのホテルにするべきです。

ホテルの前がトラムと地下鉄の駅で、立地はとても良かったです。 部屋は広く、美しいバスルームは湯温・湯量とも充分でゆっくりとくつろげました。 建物は古いので室内を歩くと床がミシミシ鳴りますがこれは仕方ないですね。

シングルルームの予約をしていたのですが、一番広い部屋に通されました。 部屋は窓が大きく、明るくて清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。浴室も広く快適。建物は古いようで床が少しきしむところもありましたが、内装はきれいでした。 エレベーターがフロアとフロアの中間に止まるので、重い荷物があると大変かもしれません。 ミニバーは無く、フロントで購入する形式でした。

総合的には非常に満足度の高いホテルです。 地下鉄(B線)の駅前です。 駅とホテルの間には道路(トラムあり)と公園だけで、本当に近いです。 ホテルの入口がわかりづらいですが、ホテル名と同じレストランの隣に入口のドアあります。 ホテルのスタッフの対応は、非常に丁寧で気持ちの良いものでした。 2泊しかしていませんが、部屋番号を伝えることなく、私の顔を見て鍵を渡してくれました。 部屋はフロントと同じフロアでしたが、リビングと寝室の2部屋で、扉を閉めればフロントでの話し声も聞えずまったく問題なく快適でした。 部屋の窓からの景色はまったくありませんでした。 ちなみにホテルの近くには気軽に入れそうなレストランが無く、地下鉄駅にも食べることができるような店は無いです。 カレル橋にも歩こうと思えば歩けますし、何よりも地下鉄駅の目の前という立地の良さがすべてです。 ぜひおすすめします。

入口が駅から見える位置だったのに、地図で分かりにくかったので遠回りしちゃいました。部屋は１Fでしたが、それでもプラハ城が見えますし、朝食もちゃんとフルーツやチーズ・ハムもあり、よかったです。ベッドがちょっと柔らかすぎるのが残念。入口からフロントまでプチ階段があるのも、トランク運ぶのにはちょっときついかな。

Wonderful hotel, large rooms, somewhat dated but antique looking furnishings, very friendly receptionist.

This property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but the experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near that standard. Reception was only staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which is unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent. Beds were not properly made, sheets were only changed after four nights and only when we explicitly asked, and daily service amounted to towel changes only. Overall cleanliness was very poor, with dust everywhere, and we even found a strange and rather alarming insect in the sink.The linen quality was unacceptable: towels were shabby, worn, and even stained; quilts and pillows inside the covers were yellowed and stained. Curtains were torn, adding to the neglected feel of the room. We borrowed a kettle (against a deposit) and discovered it had a broken handle taped together, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The heating system was haphazard and not adjustable, running excessively hot at night. As a result, I was sweating heavily during sleep and ended up catching a bad cold. Breakfast staff were friendly and the food was good, but the selection was very limited and identical every day. I have been a loyal client of Hotels.com for many years, since when it was still Hotelclub, and this is the first time I am submitting a negative review, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards in any way. Even a 2-star classification would be generous.

Great location, every main attraction at walking distance and multiple public transportation choices… staff was super friendly and flexible to our service. Definitely my top choice for Praga.

The room on apprarance was lovely .... there was no hot water during our stay and the radiators kept tirning off

Geen warm water voldoende om het bad te vullen. Je haar uitspoelen nadien moet met erg koud water. Matrassen erg ingezakt en versleten . We lagen in een kuil van ruim 5 cm. Een nieuw matras was geen overbodige luxe. Ontbijt was netjes, voldoende , in de kelder. Kamer gaf een schone indruk. Metro aan de overzijde was een uitkomst . Voor een paar kronen reis je de hele stad door . Lokatie is prima !

The room was very big, spotless and the x-large tub was a treat after lots of walking! The reception folks were very kind and personable. We had a great view of the castle from our room, and the location is great- right on the border of Old Town and Lesser Town. We really hope youll consider this hotel for your stay, its a lot of wonderful for a great price.greatper

Schone kamer, heerlijk bed. Enige nadeel is dat er geen parkeergelegenheid meer is voor de deur. Je parkeerd nu even verop in een parkeergarage voor 31 euro voor 24 uur.
