Staffs are very friendly and kind

マヨルカ島内の他のホテルのスタッフは、私たちが到着するとすぐに迎えに来てくれて、荷物を運んでくれたが、このホテルではそういうことが全くなかった。フロントの目の前で大きな荷物を運んでいても誰も助けてくれなかったのがとても残念だった。 部屋の掃除と、レストランのスタッフはとても良かった。

ホテル周辺にはレストランも多く、観光に便利な立地でした。 ホテルの朝食もおいしく、プールもそれなりに広いので、のんびりと滞在することが出来ました。

6泊したので毎朝の朝食の差が良くわかった。 運が良ければ最高、運が悪ければ最悪。例えば朝食開始時間は7時30分からだが8時まで80%のスペースは電気がつかない。パンコントマテのソースをすくうスプーンはベトベト。トースターの電気が入っていない。担当者の差があり過ぎる。いい担当者はホスピタリティもあり、気遣いもある。悪い担当に当たると頼んでも聞こえないふり。 コーヒーサーバーは4台もある。機械によって、日によって味が変わる。慣れると楽しい。コーヒーコーナーの蜂蜜は補充されない。 パンは美味しかった。クロワッサンも五穀クロワッサンも、スペインの色々な

空港からタクシーで20分(バスで30分)程の場所にあり、市街にも徒歩で行けるため、立地はかなり良い。海側に宿泊したが、ハーバー越しにカテドラルなどの街並みが見られた。美しい朝日や夕日も印象的だった。フロントの対応も一流で、スタッフも英語が堪能なため、特にトラブルなくチェクイン/アウトができた。ウェルカムや誕生日の際にカヴァのプレゼントがあり、スペインらしいおもてなしを受けられた。ロビーは広大かつ吹き抜けとなっており、大変美しくアレンジされている。ラウンジが特に素晴らしく、他の宿泊者とともに空いた時間に頻繁に通っていたが、軽食やドリンクの種類が豊富で全く飽きなかった。朝食の種類も豊富で、パンを筆頭に全て美味。夕食は朝食ほどの種類はないものの、毎日違うビュッフェを楽しめた(これも美味)。ゆっくりホリデーを楽しむ人には最適な宿泊施設かと思われる。市内まで徒歩で20分程度かかるが、疲れたらバスやタクシーを簡単に拾えるため(自転車も近隣でレンタルできて、海岸線のサイクリングもオススメ)、年配の方もたくさん宿泊されていた。

マリーナがあ目の前で、大型客船の入出港が頻繁。綺麗な湾を見ながら、のんびりと過ごすのも良い。 マヨルカの中心にも近くアクセス抜群。

Nice hotel nice location

Great location, very friendly staff. Great pool, overlooking the marina. Only downside was only one plug socket in the room.

The room was beautiful, very clean. Bed comfortable and a good amount of furniture for seating and relaxing. Lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. Hand wash and hand cream at the sink and shower gel, shampoo and a separate conditioner in the shower. Shower was super - rainfall and spray option with great pressure. I had an accident when staying in the hotel. My husband dropped a glass, causing a significant wound in my leg. The hotel staff sprang into action. The manager - Fernando - was straight onto an ambulance and was at our room door in seconds along with a female member of staff who made sure I was comfortable. The life guard also came to help in any way that he could. I could not fault the after care either. It was first class. Fernando kept in touch with my husband during our stay in hospital, always asking how I was. After my surgery he was keen to meet us and find out how he could help. The pool area was lovely with food facilities. Lots of options for sitting, towels provided and lifeguard always on duty. We ate in the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Despite the ending to our holiday - nothing to do with the hotel - I would recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but the rooms could have been cleaner and the property feels a little outdated. The breakfasts were quite repetitive and not very varied. We also noticed that the dark-haired housekeeper was no longer there, and the cleaning was not as good without her. Still, the location is very convenient for a short stay in Mallorca, so overall we would recommend it.

Brilliant pool and location. Highly recommend.

We had minors living there which was very useful and cool about the hotel. However, when they arrived back late one night and was not allowed to enter the hotel they had to find a different place to spend the night. This is totally unacceptable. The girls was not making trouble for anyone - just arriving home later than usual around 4am. They did both have hotel key and id so should have been taken care of and let in.

The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers.

Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break

Great location Relaxed breakfast area.

Great place. Located centrally with short walking distance to Palma marina and city center. Modern, well kept hotel with focus on customers (all the personel are smiling). Rooms with seaview are worth price and the poolarea are nice and clean with a decent poolbar. Two small things. It is also a businesshotel, so expect a great part of the hotelsguests to be conference guests. Breakfast it really good but the room is extremely noisy in rushhour. Lots of talking and service personel that is cleaning tables making noise of cups, plates and cutlery being hit together.
