駅・バス停に近く、静かで立地が良かった。４人１部屋のダブルベッドとソファベッドで、部屋は狭かったがベッドの大きさは十分だった。部屋のミニバーは無料で水やジュースが入っていた。 チェックイン前・チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりや着替え部屋を用意してくれたり、タクシーの手配も快く受け付けてくれたりスタッフの対応がとても良かった。朝食はつけなかったので内容は分からないが、周りにカフェがたくさんあった。

ここに2泊しました。従業員はみな親切でフレンドリー。パルマ・スペイン広場駅から近い。ホテルの施設はプール、ジャグジー、ジムなど充実していて気軽に利用できました。部屋の冷蔵庫にはフリーの飲み物（水、炭酸水、コーラ、オレンジジュース、リンゴジュース）があり、2日目は飲んだ分が補充されてました。私はレンタカーで訪れましたがホテルの駐車場はありません。近くに公共の地下駐車場があり、ホテルのスタンプを貰うと最大24€が半額の12€になります。 難を言えば、シャワーの出が悪いこと、湯沸しポットがないことでしょうか…

合理的で無駄がない作りである。コンセントが多く、いろいろなものを同時に充電できた。朝食が充実していた。

Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. We did ask to move rooms but were not able to do so. Indoor pool and spa nice, however rooms could do with some modernising.

The hotel was amazing receptions were very nice couldn't do enough for you !! Decor was lovely , the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool were stunning !!

I felt the warmness of the staff and the rooms are amazing. The hotels had a good vibe around the place and good value for money as well and we will be booking again.

Reception staff at night not helpful

Very good service. The receptionist spoke very good English. They also helped us to book the private transfer from Palma airport to the hotel as per our request, it costs €34. They have welcome lolly pop and free tap water in the reception. The location is close to some pub, can easily get the food around. It is close to the big bus terminal, it's around 10 min walk, those buses can go to long journey e.g. Soller/ Pollenca etc . Private transfer from hotel to Alcudia is €110. Around 15-20 mins walk to cathedral, if it's not too hot, it is fine. Breakfast Hotel breakfast is around €42.5 for 2 adults and 1 child, baby is free. Buffet style breakfast is good. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. They have English breakfast, smoked salmon and Parma ham etc, plenty of choice Swimming pool They have 2 swimming pools. 1 at the top floor which is free. Good view and comfortable. 1 is at the basement which is €10 per person and booking is required. Sun bed is charged, it will be better if it can be free of charge with just booking required. Hotel room 8 free drinks a day. They refilled the drinks in the fridge everyday. They included 2 coke, 4 beer and 2 sparkling water The room is so clean. Bed is so comfortable and big enough for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Cot bed and sofa bed are clean too. They provide 2 pairs of sleepers which are comfortable too. Shower is good. Hot and cold water, no issues. Toiletries are normal.

Estadia maravilhosa! Perfeita localização e bastante limpo!

My family of 4 stayed here 1 night before our flight back to Barcelona. Checkin and checkout was easy. Our room wasn’t ready when we got to the hotel so they stored our luggage and we just relaxed in the lounge area. It wasn’t too long of a wait and our room was ready around 2pm but we were charged 10 euros for an early check in, as the regular time was 3pm. They have a rooftop pool and longe area which was nice but hot during the day. We ended up going to the indoor pool/spa which includes lockers, towels, a dry and wet sauna. Again we had to pay 10 euros per person to use the indoor pool/spa. The room was nice and clean. It was a little tight for 4 people. The mini fridge in the room came stocked with drinks and was free to consume. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was ok too. Overall it was a nice short stay for my family.
