スタッフがフレンドリーで、新設丁寧だった。

客室は広くはないけど、コンパクトにまとまっていて必要なものは揃っていました。 最近あまり他所で置かれていないバスローブやスリッパがあるのは助かります。 朝食のフロアがカフェサイズのテーブルでたくさんは乗らないのでオーダー制なのかもしれませんが、朝食は軽めでした

マネージャーのナタリアがとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。 部屋はコンパクトに、必要なものが置いてありました。 　ただ気になったのは、私の部屋のセキュリティボックスが持ち運びできるようになっていたこたとドアの覗き穴がなかったことです。 　場所は、オペラ座やラファイエットにも近く便利でした。空港送迎も連携した送迎会社があり､問題なく利用できました。朝食も無料でコンチネンタルスタイルで楽しめました。

All the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the metro stations which were Madeleine and Opera.

スタッフの人がものすごく優しくて、連泊してると必ず覚えてくれます。 朝ごはん付きのプランにしましたが、たくさん食べる人だとちょっと量が少ないかもしれません。 立地も良いので、次のパリへの出張の際もこちらに宿泊しようと思います。

広めの一階のバリアフリーの部屋に滞在しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。立地、部屋、ニューイヤーの時はシャンパンとチョコレートをいただき、とても満足できました。

非常に便利な場所でスーパーも近い。インテリアも可愛くチープ感は無い。部屋は値段の割には広め。アメニティも揃っていて掃除も行き届いていた。ロビーでコーヒー紅茶がフリーで飲めるのも良い。冷蔵庫が無いのだけが残念。

オペラガルニエに程近い立地の小さなホテル。観光に、仕事にとても便利な場所にあり、空港からのシャトルバスも近くまで来ます。 朝食の内容はほどほどでしたが、部屋は快適でしたしスタッフも親切で、快適な滞在ができました。ただし、おそらく20室もないくらいこぢんまりしたホテルなので、空室状況には注意が必要です。

We had 2 rooms (adjoining). The heater took a long time to work. The other room's heater did not work. They had a portable heater that did not heat the room enough. The room was small. The hotel offers robes and slippers. It is a small hotel. They do offer filtered water. The staff was helpful. The area is close to transportation, restaurants. The area by the hotel is a little untidy.

Beautiful hotel. Small rooms but that’s to be expected at a boutique hotel. Located on a dark and dirty alley/street, but otherwise conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Paris! The room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal for discovering Paris, with so much within easy reach, and the breakfast offered excellent quality and great value. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Clean room, great location and fabulous breakfast, but what makes this place special is the staff. Simply wonderful. They were brilliant with our kids, informative, helpful, kind and thoughtful. 100% recommend.

The room was clean, and the staff were very kind, so I had a comfortable stay. The location was great and provided easy access to major sightseeing areas. It was very convenient. I’d love to stay here again.

Staff are so nice here snd even made some phone calls to restaraunts as we fo not doesl French. I eish ygere was sm area to sit and relax and resd a book and have a drink

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was great with a nice selection and fresh croissants everyday from a local bakery. Would 10 of 10 stay again and again!

Perfect stay from start to finish. Clean and well appointed hotel. Breakfast was superb. Hotel staff were very helpful and always pointed us in the right direction. 10 out of 10, I would stay again! Great experience!
