クルーズ船を降りた後、家族で利用させていただきました。 オセオナグラフィや科学博物館、デパートなどがすぐ近くにあり、観光の拠点として最高です。近くのパエリア店 Tapearte Arroceria も絶品でした。 お部屋は新しく清潔で、スペースも非常にゆとりがあります。子連れ旅行には特におすすめしたい、非の打ち所がないホテルです。スタッフも優しい！

ホテル設備は、やや古く感じましたが、フロント、バー、レストラン　他、従業員の皆さんはとても親切であった。アメニティー（シャンプー、歯ブラシ）に少し工夫が必要。

ホテルの質は、レベルが高く、非常に良い。夫婦で泊まったので、値段もやすく、お得感がある。ビジネスで使う分には問題いないが、受け付けに観光案内を聞いても、十分な回答は得られ無い。バス便が使えれば、問題ないが、地下鉄の駅からは徒歩１０～１５分かかる。夫婦で泊まり、ビジネスで使う分には、とても良いので、次回も使いたい。一人で泊まると、割高感がある。

Very helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance to several malls, restaurants and attractions. Good transport links. Room was decent size and breakfast was okay with a decent variety. Mini bar was free and replaced everyday with branded drinks. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Got twin beds for a girls trip and was able to easily split them. The bidet was great and easy to use and great shower pressure.

Great location roughly mid way between the old town and the beach. El Corte Ingles is across the road if you need anything. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast caters for everyone and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it to other travellers

Room cleaned daily. Fresh towel if needed. Breakfast excellent with very extensive choice. Staff very friendly and helpful,especially Pablo on reception who told us everything we needed to know on checking in and booked us an early morning taxi on booking out.

This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, perhaps a little on the small side but absolutely fine for a short stay. The bar and pool area are great, it was a real bonus having the pool there. I think the photos on Expedia make the hotel look a little cold and office-like but in reality it is a pleasant and bright space. The location is good insofar that it is right next to Turia Park and the museums, plus it has a shopping centre and plenty of little cafes nearby. It is roughly equidistant between the beach and old town. This is great on a sunny day when the walk through the park is pleasant. We had a couple of days of average weather and the walk to either was a bit of a bind. Plenty of public transport and cabs options that said. It is about an 15min walk to the nearest Metro though. Overall I would recommend the hotel highly. If you want a trip that is focused on the old town or on the beach - or you are not keen on walking to places - you may want to chose somewhere nearer those two locations. Be aware that they will cost a lot more - INNSide was really reasonable and roughly half the price of hotels in the old town. Highly recommended.

Great location for the aquarium and science museum. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was small with a few sunbeds - to be expected for a city hotel.

Lovely hotel about 20 min bus ride away from city. Its a good location situated between city and beach.

El hotel está bien, pero cuando hacen las camas desaparecen las cosas, entiendo que por exigencias del trabajo para ir rápido recogen a todo correr las camas y a mi hija le desaparecieron sus peluches de apego, lo cual ha empañado completamente toda la estancia y el recuerdo del viaje. Dicen que las están buscando pero siguen sin aparecer, esto hace que todo lo demás quede en nada y es lo que hace que le ponga mala nota al hotel a pesar de ser en el resto un buen hotel. Si en un buen hotel tienes que estar constantemente en tensión pendiente de donde dejas las cosas porque cualquier objeto que dejes en la cama va a desaparecer no puedes tener un viaje tranquilo.

En primer lugar, nos dieron posiblemente la peor habitación del hotel, la ventana daba al ascensor panorámico, cuando digo "daba" me refiero a que el ascensor pasaba a un metro, si apartabas la cortinas la gente que estaba en el ascensor podía ver el interior de la habitación. Fuimos a quejarnos y el personal muy a desgana nos dio otra habitación pero se negó a llevar nuestro equipaje a la otra habitación, aún siendo una familia con dos niñas pequeñas. Servicio pésimo, en resumen muy mala experiencia teniendo en cuenta nuestras expectativas al tratarse de un Meliá, no repetiría y en ningún caso recomendaría el hotel.
