クルーズ船を降りた後、家族で利用させていただきました。 オセオナグラフィや科学博物館、デパートなどがすぐ近くにあり、観光の拠点として最高です。近くのパエリア店 Tapearte Arroceria も絶品でした。 お部屋は新しく清潔で、スペースも非常にゆとりがあります。子連れ旅行には特におすすめしたい、非の打ち所がないホテルです。スタッフも優しい！

ホテル設備は、やや古く感じましたが、フロント、バー、レストラン　他、従業員の皆さんはとても親切であった。アメニティー（シャンプー、歯ブラシ）に少し工夫が必要。

A good and big room. reasonable price. with free wifi.

ホテルの質は、レベルが高く、非常に良い。夫婦で泊まったので、値段もやすく、お得感がある。ビジネスで使う分には問題いないが、受け付けに観光案内を聞いても、十分な回答は得られ無い。バス便が使えれば、問題ないが、地下鉄の駅からは徒歩１０～１５分かかる。夫婦で泊まり、ビジネスで使う分には、とても良いので、次回も使いたい。一人で泊まると、割高感がある。

great staff excellent facilities

The menu breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and willing to resolve any issues. The parking was not free and there were issues with the automated parking system. The rooms are were comfortable and beautifully renovated. We had a very good overall experience.

Loved my stay here. Check-in was smooth, staff were kind and courteous, and my room was spotless with everything I needed. Great location near the City of Arts and Sciences and easy access to the beach. Definitely a hotel I’d recommend to friends.

As always we stay at the same hotel great and fast check in service, also exclusive parking for hotel. Also made a special request to arrange a birthday decoration and they did on a short notice and complimentry. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Gorgeous hotel.

It’s very convenient close to the science centre. There’s a massive El Corte Inglés in front and a shopping centre too. Lots of restaurants. The cleaning staff make up your room lovely. Reception staff friendly. The breakfast was plentiful but it got busy at times. Would have preferred a pot of coffee than going to the machine. Scrambled eggs were a little runny. I would stay here again.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason for the drop of one star in the rating is that I feel that this hotel “nickels and dimes” you a bit. We asked for a coffee maker for our room and they wanted to charge us 16€ per day. There was not an ice bucket in the room and when we asked, they said they could send some ice to our room for 4€. We elected to go down to the bar and asked for 2 glasses of ice… for free. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.
