Excellent hospitality, derisious food, free drink include beer and wine.

Good points: Room was large and clean. Cafe menus are available for 24hours and free. Negative points: The location of this hotel is quite inconvenient to get to the center of Madrid. Some of staffs are impolite.

ひとり旅行で来た学生です。 とても良いホテルでした。部屋がとても広く綺麗で、朝食も美味しく、まさかのジュースとお菓子が無料で貰える、最高です。ホテルのコスパとしてはだいぶ良いと思います。ただし移動手段は事前に考えておいた方がいいと思いました。タクシーが個人的にオススメです。 また、近くが公園で、夜に子供たちが遊んでいるレベルで治安が良かったです。 スタッフさんもとても優しく英語すらほぼ話せない私に優しく対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました！ 唯一の欠点としては近くに地下鉄が無いことくらいですが、ウーバーのタクシーなどで移動すればそこは問題なかったです。 あと少し音漏れがするくらいでしょうか？私はあまり気にならなかったです。 全体的にはトップレベルで良かったのでこのホテルおすすめです！ちなみにサクラではないです！

お勧め出来る良いホテルでした

マドリードの街中からは渋滞がなければタクシーで15分程のところにありましたが、ほとんどの時に渋滞していたので30分以上はみたほうがよさそうでした。 街中ではないので一番近いスーパーマーケットは歩いて10分程かかりました。 コスパはいいです。

スタッフの方のサービスがとても素晴らしく、とてもhappyに過ごせました。また、利用したいと思うホテルです！ありがとうございました！

The hotel was awesome. Big, beautiful, comfortable rooms. A free juice and snack bar that was always stocked. For a small fee, you could also pour yourself a beer from their self-serve beer taps. Staff was almost always helpful and friendly. But! I would stay at a different hotel next time. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city center from the hotel (which feels like hours when you are exhausted). The surrounding neighborhood is also very residential and the hotel is close to a park. It didn't seem like a bad neighborhood but there's not much around.

スタッフ、無料のラウンジ、朝食、お部屋の使い勝手、全て素晴らしかったです。 一点、毎日お部屋のお掃除はございましたが、シーツがずっと同じだった気がします。 隅の汚れた箇所が気になっており、毎回チェックしていましたが、同じシーツでした。 この点だけ改善頂きたい箇所ですが、その他は全体を通しで大変素晴らしいホテルです。

地下鉄駅から徒歩１０分程度の閑静な住宅街の中にあるホテルです 部屋のインテリアが洒落ていて、素敵でした 朝食も美味しくいただきました

レストランがホテルにないとの事で、フリーの飲み物食べ物がたくさんあり、どれもおいしかった。というか、かなりびっくりするラインナップだった。ヨーグルトはとオリーブはお気に入りでした。部屋も広々としていて、ゆっくりできました。文句無し。 ただ、ホテルの周りに何もなさすぎるのが、難点でした。駅までもちょっとあり(私達は途中から目の前のバス停からバスを利用しましたが)、カフェくらいあってもと思うのですがなにもありませんでした。 欠点はその位でとっても居心地良かったです！

Me encanta el ARTIEM. Todo nuevo, limpio, personal muy amable y café, agua, zumos y comida de todo tipo para picar a disposición del cliente cuando llegas. Más una cuidada política ambiental.

Hotel fantástico y cómodo.

Breakfast was great and the hotel and staff are first class. It takes a little effort to get to the main attractions but we navigated the subway and used Ubers when time was a constraint. Highly recommended!
