お勧め出来る良いホテルでした

マドリードの街中からは渋滞がなければタクシーで15分程のところにありましたが、ほとんどの時に渋滞していたので30分以上はみたほうがよさそうでした。 街中ではないので一番近いスーパーマーケットは歩いて10分程かかりました。 コスパはいいです。

スタッフの方のサービスがとても素晴らしく、とてもhappyに過ごせました。また、利用したいと思うホテルです！ありがとうございました！

The hotel was awesome. Big, beautiful, comfortable rooms. A free juice and snack bar that was always stocked. For a small fee, you could also pour yourself a beer from their self-serve beer taps. Staff was almost always helpful and friendly. But! I would stay at a different hotel next time. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city center from the hotel (which feels like hours when you are exhausted). The surrounding neighborhood is also very residential and the hotel is close to a park. It didn't seem like a bad neighborhood but there's not much around.

スタッフ、無料のラウンジ、朝食、お部屋の使い勝手、全て素晴らしかったです。 一点、毎日お部屋のお掃除はございましたが、シーツがずっと同じだった気がします。 隅の汚れた箇所が気になっており、毎回チェックしていましたが、同じシーツでした。 この点だけ改善頂きたい箇所ですが、その他は全体を通しで大変素晴らしいホテルです。

地下鉄駅から徒歩１０分程度の閑静な住宅街の中にあるホテルです 部屋のインテリアが洒落ていて、素敵でした 朝食も美味しくいただきました

レストランがホテルにないとの事で、フリーの飲み物食べ物がたくさんあり、どれもおいしかった。というか、かなりびっくりするラインナップだった。ヨーグルトはとオリーブはお気に入りでした。部屋も広々としていて、ゆっくりできました。文句無し。 ただ、ホテルの周りに何もなさすぎるのが、難点でした。駅までもちょっとあり(私達は途中から目の前のバス停からバスを利用しましたが)、カフェくらいあってもと思うのですがなにもありませんでした。 欠点はその位でとっても居心地良かったです！

Habitación ruidosa. El aire acondicionado hizo ruido de golpes toda la noche. Encontré pelos en el baño. Higiene dudosa. El resto bien.

Everyone was super helpful, the open coffee juice and snacks was great.

Bra hotell nära flygplatsen. Dryck och lättare mat ingick i priset. Rent och fräscht rum med många kuddar i sängen. Det enda negativa var att sängen var väldigt hård och att det lät ganska mycket av gäster ovanpå.

Très bonne réception

Great location. The staff was superb and the amenities offered are unique. We loved the free snacks and drinks available 24-7. Unique!

Nos habíamos Quedado 3 veces en el hotel en un tiempo muy corto, lamentable te en l última nos sorprendió el servicio del personal de cafetería que nos fue quitando todo lo del desayuno sin educación y sin avisar. Nada amables ni serviciales. Al contrario que todo el resto del personal con el que habíamos topado en el hotel.

This hotel has become my go-to whenever I’m in town. The rooms are always spotless, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the breakfast prepared by the chefs is outstanding. Looking forward to my next stay.

Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre supera mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el ambiente es acogedor y el desayuno preparado por los cocineros es delicioso. El personal siempre tiene un trato cálido y atento que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Servicio amabilísimo. Habitaciones cómodas, decoración actual, buen desayuno en variedad y calidad. Un detallazo el servicio gratuito de comida y bebida 24h; hace la diferencia.
