施設とスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。マドリード中心部までは少し時間がかかります

ひとり旅行で来た学生です。 とても良いホテルでした。部屋がとても広く綺麗で、朝食も美味しく、まさかのジュースとお菓子が無料で貰える、最高です。ホテルのコスパとしてはだいぶ良いと思います。ただし移動手段は事前に考えておいた方がいいと思いました。タクシーが個人的にオススメです。 また、近くが公園で、夜に子供たちが遊んでいるレベルで治安が良かったです。 スタッフさんもとても優しく英語すらほぼ話せない私に優しく対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました！ 唯一の欠点としては近くに地下鉄が無いことくらいですが、ウーバーのタクシーなどで移動すればそこは問題なかったです。 あと少し音漏れがするくらいでしょうか？私はあまり気にならなかったです。 全体的にはトップレベルで良かったのでこのホテルおすすめです！ちなみにサクラではないです！

お勧め出来る良いホテルでした

マドリードの街中からは渋滞がなければタクシーで15分程のところにありましたが、ほとんどの時に渋滞していたので30分以上はみたほうがよさそうでした。 街中ではないので一番近いスーパーマーケットは歩いて10分程かかりました。 コスパはいいです。

スタッフの方のサービスがとても素晴らしく、とてもhappyに過ごせました。また、利用したいと思うホテルです！ありがとうございました！

The hotel was awesome. Big, beautiful, comfortable rooms. A free juice and snack bar that was always stocked. For a small fee, you could also pour yourself a beer from their self-serve beer taps. Staff was almost always helpful and friendly. But! I would stay at a different hotel next time. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city center from the hotel (which feels like hours when you are exhausted). The surrounding neighborhood is also very residential and the hotel is close to a park. It didn't seem like a bad neighborhood but there's not much around.

スタッフ、無料のラウンジ、朝食、お部屋の使い勝手、全て素晴らしかったです。 一点、毎日お部屋のお掃除はございましたが、シーツがずっと同じだった気がします。 隅の汚れた箇所が気になっており、毎回チェックしていましたが、同じシーツでした。 この点だけ改善頂きたい箇所ですが、その他は全体を通しで大変素晴らしいホテルです。

地下鉄駅から徒歩１０分程度の閑静な住宅街の中にあるホテルです 部屋のインテリアが洒落ていて、素敵でした 朝食も美味しくいただきました

レストランがホテルにないとの事で、フリーの飲み物食べ物がたくさんあり、どれもおいしかった。というか、かなりびっくりするラインナップだった。ヨーグルトはとオリーブはお気に入りでした。部屋も広々としていて、ゆっくりできました。文句無し。 ただ、ホテルの周りに何もなさすぎるのが、難点でした。駅までもちょっとあり(私達は途中から目の前のバス停からバスを利用しましたが)、カフェくらいあってもと思うのですがなにもありませんでした。 欠点はその位でとっても居心地良かったです！

El personal encantador y siempre muy dispuesto. Habitación de buen tamaño, limpia. La ducha cómoda y segura ya que la textura del piso es a prueba de resbalones algo básico pero no necesariamente común. La botella de agua de bienvenida la puedes rellenar del grifo; es totalmente pot¡able. Lo más que me llamó agradablemente la atención es el concepto de eliminar mini bar y room service y sustituirlo por un área colectiva donde puedes disponer de variadas meriendas, bebidas (incluyendo vinos y cervezas) las 24 hrs. excepto durante el tiempo del desayuno que obviamente es más limitado el ofrecimiento. No paso juicio sobre el desayuno ya siempre fuimos a las afueras. El hotel queda en un área residencial muy agradable y tranquila perfecto para ir bajando motores luego de un recorrido de veintitantos días por el norte de España. Los taxis al centro van de los 13 a 17€ dependiendo cuán complicado esté el tránsito.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good water pressure in the shower. They offer 24hrs complimentary snacks and beverages. The staff are very pleasant. Would definitely come back

Great service, exceptionally clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is walkable to Arturo Soria Plaza. An easy cab ride/uber to center city Madrid, clean and quiet with friendly staff. Only negative is the use of air conditioning is controlled by property and temperatures outside. Our room was extremely warm even with AC on. Loved the gratis tapas, cafe and juices in lobby. Nice touch.

I liked the available complimentary finger foods and drinks in the evenings.

Excellent in every aspect, except the room we stayed at is pretty noisy from the room up at night, sound proofing needs to be improved

Staff was excellent! Breakfast and free coffee bar was also excellent. Rooms were very clean. Downside to hotel was distance from the attractions, no air conditioning and the bathroom has a glass door which isn’t very private.

The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center.

El personal del hotel es muy servicial y amable. Hay bebidas y snacks disponibles sin costo 24/7 en la planta baja cerca de recepción. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas, cuentan con menú de almohadas y varias amenidades. El hotel está a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y del centro de Madrid. Las estaciones del metro están un poco lejos, pero con servicios de taxi o Uber es posible acercarse a zonas más céntricas. Tal vez ese es el único "downside".
