フロントの対応が返事がいいが実行力が伴わない

ファイヤーアラームが夜中に2度3度 となり その時に全く 案内がなかったフロントの対応は返事はいいが 実行力がない

周囲に商業施設がないことを除けばまあまあ良い

Water shd b kept in room. Shuttle service to nearby airpot is essential on sundays too. Men staff to b more help n kind after all its hospitality industry right. Be ever ready to help n treat seniors kindly n friendly.

Excellent hotel but the pool should be indoor

Was upgraded to a nice room for no additional cost and without asking. Room was comfortable. Light in bathroom went out over the tub, but I let them know they could wait until we left to replace it as we only had one night left. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of variety to choose from. Great location.

Hyatt house was a good experience. There were a couple of things that I didn’t appreciate. One was I was assigned to a room in a busy area on the second floor. So the first day I woke up at 5 AM to the sound of a truck right outside my room That stayed for 45 minutes while they unloaded food and supplies. When I went to the workout room, the peloton elliptical next to the window made noises although it function properly. The first time I went to that Hyatt house was a better experience. I had a better room assignment. Everything was quiet and the fitness room worked fabulously so I know they can do better.

Getting tired. Breakfast no longer has omelette station. There was a vertical line on the bedroom TV screen. The toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up.

Friendly environment. Staff were very courteous and engaging.

Very lovely place

Wonderful property, excellent for those extended stays or when traveling with children. I was upgraded to suite upon arrival. Lobby bar was great for socializing too.

I was sold a room that’s WAS NOT meant to be sold. I booked this through Expedia website. We had no AC AT ALL. Luckily the lovely woman (Julie) was able to switch our room the following day, but at a major inconvenience for my wife and I. My disappointment lies with Expedia for the fact that I was informed by the front desk that the room originally booked, was not supposed to be sold at all. For context, it was 84-90 degrees and unable to switch until the following day. Julie was wonderful in making sure we were given a proper room. I commend her professionalism through it all.

Checked in at 7:30pm, had to wait as no room available 😞

Quiet andclean

No issues

The breakfast was great. The grounds were pretty. The room was nice. I did not like the pillows on the bed. They are too soft. The biggest area of complaint was around the pool. Apparently the hotel allow people to purchase day passes to the hotel pool. The pool is not big enough for the outside people to take over. They were loud and in the way.

Staff were awesome, two bedroom two bath suite was excellent. Dog friendly hotel, we loved staying here. Would stay here again.

The location was good for our visit. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were renovations going on it was relatively quiet. The spa was not working but the pool was fine. The breakfast staff and food were excellent.

The WiFi was very slow but other then that it was all great.
