娘のために３泊の予約をしておりましたが、急遽、娘の友人が追加で泊まることに。 が、その対応が史上最低でした！ 現地で追加料金を払おうとしてもExpediaを通して申し込み直せの一点張り。 申し込みをした私が日本でExpediaに電話をし、Expediaからホテルに電話し、というやりとりを5、６回行い、やっと現地で決済することが認められました。 その間、娘の友人は、フロントでなんと７時間も待たされる有様！ まさに史上最低です！

Great location for the beach, pier and boardwalk. Easy to find and lots of parking. Unfortunately the pool was closed for our stay. The building is starting to look tired. Very clean but tired.

The room was very moldy and noticeable. The staff was great they did show me another room but it did smell moldy but had fresh paint.

The first room they gave us had carpet; I let them know I had allergies re carpet and showed the photo of the rooms with wood floors. They did move us to a room with no carpet. It is a good value for the location (no drive/traffic beach near the pier and next to a restaurant/bar). The room was fine; it’s a little dated but it was comfortable and had a small fridge, nice pool, etc. it’s in an amazing location.

Great location, wonderful office staff!

We had a great family vacation at this hotel. It has a great pool and is close to everything. Parking is tight, but staff is always available to help.

Not the Hilton, but $295 for the room, shower head looked like it was coated with salt, & 3 hairs in the bathtub 3,-8” long & 2 about 1” long & curly ( pubic hair) needless to say, I did it step foot in the shower

Room smelled horrible, like low tide. The parking is bad - not enough spots for guests, VERY tiny spots, no overflow. Pillows were several years old. Bathroom had window that could be seen through to outside walkway. No fan in bathroom, so room stayed humid. No blackout curtains so you can’t sleep past 6:30am. A spindle was missing on outside balcony 2nd floor - a child could EASILY fit through (staff notified). Roach under bed, along with a used coffee cup. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Noise level was crazy until past 2am - no quiet hours. Will not stay here again.

The parking lots were very closely spaced. There was a lot across the street that you could park in for more room as long as you had your parking pass in the dash.

The floor around the wall and the AC still had trash from the guest before us. You couldn't walk bare footed in the room without your feet turning pitch black. But the customer service was great and it was a great location.

The location is the best, but the furniture needs updating. The bed wasn't comfortable, and above all, it needed cleaning. The bed headboards were dirty and dusty, as were the lamps. The bathrooms also need remodeling! However, the location is excellent.

The room was dirty. It hadnt been deep cleaned in a long time. It was dusty the floor made the bottom of my feet black. The curtain was missing so the light came in every morning. There is not enough parking so you have to park away from your room. They even gave us a roll of tissue that had mildew on it. There was no direct beach access except for the "beachfront rooms" you had to walk around the building to the public beach walkway. For the $231 a night i paid for this place it was definitely not at all worth it. Did i mention the people sleeping on the beach next to it. The only positive the employees are really nice and the location.

Employees helpful but reservations were messed up. Booked 2 beds but got a room with 1 they moved us but the room was filthy and not ready. Weekend rates for this hotel was horribly high.

Pretty quiet not crowded spot on the beach great stay.

Place seems rundown. We basically only needed a bed for the night so we didn’t want to pay too much. “Get what you pay for” but our room was still almost $200/night. Bathroom vanity was leaning/falling. Dirty qtips in corners. Parking lot was basically a party zone after dark. “Breakfast’ was prepackaged pastries and the juice and milk in the lobby mini fridge was room temp as the fridge didn’t seem on. If you basically just need a bed/toilet/locking doors for the night…it’ll do.

Not as clean as it use to be

We were there only one night. It’s an obviously remodeled older building but the important part of cleanliness and location were met.
