Amazing hotel!!!! Very clean, great staff and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a week stay in mid June. Staff were friendly and attentive on arrival and check in no issue. We had a deluxe sea view room with Balcony which was clean with very nice decor but a little on the small side. The view was slightly obscured by the wall of the hotel but we could see the sea and pool from our room. Pool was busy but never a problem to secure a place to lounge, however sun beds are close together so can feel a bit cosy with your neighbor. There is 50s Italy style music playing around the hotel from 6am to mid afternoon and this may grate on you slightly after several days. Hotel restaurants were quiet in the evening as was the hotel generally. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and always had a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view. It’s a quirky hotel in a good spot for access to the east and north of Ibiza but didn’t grab me enough to want to return.

This is a beautiful and perfect hotel. I came with my daughter and just loved everything about it. Plenty of sunloungers with amazing tunes playing whilst sunbathing. Lovely pool area. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- suite with sea view. Cannot fault it at all. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town but lovely easy walk and much nicer being slightly away from the strip. Don’t hesitate to book!

Second stay at Mongibello and both times have been excellent. Everything about the hotel is amazing, decor, staff, food, drinks, service! Congratulations to all of the team here. Thank you very much!

Frokosten var fantastisk og stedet helt nydelig! Vakker utsikt og rett ved stranden. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake en annen gang.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel Mongibello definitiv weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen. Besonders begeistert hat uns unser Zimmer mit Meerblick – der Ausblick auf die Bucht und den großen, schönen Pool war wirklich toll. Der Poolbereich war ein echtes Highlight: ausreichend bequeme Liegen, angenehme Atmosphäre und ein hervorragender Service am Pool, bei dem jederzeit Getränke und Essen bestellt werden konnten. Auch der tägliche Service mit Zimmerreinigung morgens und Turn-Down-Service abends hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut mit großer Auswahl und einer tollen Live-Cooking-Station. Etwas mehr Variation wäre bei längeren Aufenthalten aber wünschenswert. Man merkt an einigen Stellen noch, dass sich manche Prozesse nach der Einstufung als 5-Sterne-Hotel noch etwas einspielen müssen und optimiert werden können. So wäre es zum Beispiel schön gewesen ein Begrüßungsgetränk direkt an der Rezeption oder auf dem Zimmer zu erhalten. Die zwei Dosen Wasser fanden wir hier etwas wenig und 5-Sternen nicht entsprechend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Service und einer wirklich schönen Hotelanlage.

Amazing hotel, Staff were overly helpful and pleasant, amenities were great, breakfast special. Simply a great hotel.

My sister and friends' 50th bday celebration was a massive success at this beautiful property. The staff was magnificent especially Ayman, Luwa, other front desk staff and staff in general. 10 out of 10!

Bellissimo hotel vista mare, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città di Santa Eularia. Zona piscina e colazione spettacolare.

Lamentablemente no puedo poner más porque a la llegada la recepción de Lua fue muy desagradable. Llegué con hambre y no solo fue poco empática sino altiva. Una pena

Bei der Ankunft falsches Zimmer erhalten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir wechseln. Es gibt keinen Strand. Es ist eine Steinplattform, die zudem sehr schmutzig war. Das Hotel ist schön gemacht, wirkt aber kalt und abweisend. Gratis Parkplätze.

Le personnel au top, le petit déjeuner magique et la belle terrasse du restaurant qui sert des plats délicieux ! Propreté irréprochable, l'atmosphère de cet hôtel est incroyable. C'était parfait !

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, excellent service, relaxed location but walkable distance to restaurants, shops and beach!
