立地が良く、駅にも近く、街まで歩いて簡単に行けます。受付の方もとても親切で、必要な情報をすべて詳しく教えてくれました。

このホテルは駅から近く、近くにレストランもいくつかありました。滞在にとても満足しましたし、チェックイン/チェックアウトもスムーズでした。

Location is close to the train station, breakfast is good, can travel by walk to most of attractions places.

Old hotel in very good location-just in front of Florence main station Santa Maria Novella. So easy to access all tourist attractions nearby from Duomo to Ponte Vecchio all within premises. All within walking distance or commute by local bus/tram which located all in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good with quite variety. We understand the price we pay for the hotel with it 's equipment is old but the room space is quite big. The only complain is the shower room in bathroom which is too small/tight for us Asian-much more for Western people:).

The room very clean and big, location very good close to train station.

location was just perfect near train station SMN the room was spacious, the breakfast also good and whats important is there is rice on breakfast menu. definitely will comeback again
