総合評価とレビュー Candle Light Inn

宿のイメージはモーテルといったほうがピンときますが、適度に広くて、ジャグジー付きの浴槽があったりして、そういうところがINNたる所以かと思った次第。朝食はドアの前、つまりは外に7:30頃に配達され、まあないよりはあったほうがありがたいというくらいで、内容に選択の余地はありません。ロビーが狭いから苦肉の策なのでしょうね。

特に不満な点はなし。料金相応あるいは今回他に６つのホテルに宿泊したがそれらと比較すると満足度は高いかもしれません。５月でしたが気温が低かったのでバスタブのある部屋にしたほうがよかった。カーメルは沢山のホテルがあり予約時にどこにしようかととても迷いました。実際に街を歩きながら他の宿泊施設をみてここも素敵、ここはちょっとかなあと思ってしまった。こちらは外観も悪くなく、部屋も清潔でまずは満足でした。

Amazing! Great hot tub, the grounds were gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the cookies at reception were delicious!

Beautiful location with clean rooms and nice decor. There was just too much noise and had to have window blinds closed to have privacy. Also the body wash was almost empty and not enough for two people to shower. Otherwise, nice place, close to aminoties.

It was cute and pretty

I must say i was a bit disappointed with the Candlelight inn. Check in was fine. Checked in at 4pm. The issue started when we noticed they were doing a bathroom remodel to the room right next to ours. The workers worked until about 6pm the 1st day. Then they started working at around 8am the next morning. It sounded like sledge hammers breaking tile & they were obviously cutting out the old cast iron pipe in the room because we could hear them cutting & the entire room vibrated. My wife was not happy. For what we paid a night & we shouldn’t have had to listen or be woken up to this on our vacation. I asked the front desk if we could be moved the next morning & the gal said we could but really wouldn’t matter as we would be in the same building. Mind you theres about 10 rooms in this building. She did say she would check with her manager & get back to me. She did call & offer another room in the same building or a bottle of $10 wine. She called around 11am & said I needed to let her know by 1pm. I was out at the ocean & didn’t get her voicemail until about 2:15pm. So I didn't bother to call her back. They left the wine in the room. I did thank her for the wine & her help when we checked out. I would have never booked my stay if I would’ve known they had plumbing issues prior to me booking. I let the front desk know this prior to her offering the room change in the same building or wine. I could’ve stayed at another hotel for the same rate. Call before booking———-

Très bonne expérience, petite attention dès l'accueil, calme, propre.

Nice area. Walking distant to main street and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. The one thing negative was they were under construction so there was noise during the day time. I wished they would it let us know before booking.

Renovated rooms in a nice pocket of Carmel Close to ocean Avenue.

Laurie is the front desk girl and she was so great at suggesting places for us to go for dinner. She also was just the best personality to talk to at night time while we picked up our daily cookie at night. Had a great time would come back.

Remodeled rooms. Comfy bed. Great pressure in the shower. Good spacious room layout. Parking. (Might be a bit challenging with leather vehicle) Great walkable location. Cookies at night complementary. No water in rooms or to buy but there's a gas station with a convenience store 1/2 block away.
