自分の無知が現因ですが勝手に市内にあるホテルかと思ってきてので不便差を感じました

The staff were very kind. I would like to see more amenities as there is nothing around.

Disappointed with standard of hotel, not expecting 5 stars but well below level witnessed at other IBIS hotels. Limited options for evening meal. Hairs in the bathroom and Poor location to walk the dog

Best property for an overnight stay . Had free on site parking , clean , super helpful staff . Breakfasted was excellent , 20 Minutes drive to airport . It is value for money

Rooms had a little bit of a smell, but overall was great for a quick 1 night stay.

The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night

Por ser Padrão Bandeira Vermelha as acomodações decaíram muito na qualidade! Muito mesmo! Pelas nossas experiências com outros e diversos Ibis Bandeira Vermelha que já tivemos. Quartos muito pequenos, Box/banheiro parecem iguais do Ibis Budget... O Atendimento e Serviços de Bar e Restaurante são Ótimos! Mas sinceramente acomodação de quarto tivemos que colocar malas em cima da cama. A janela obstruída com outra cama na parede. Muito apertado.

Hôtel avec parking gratuit appréciable, les chambres sont propre et bien entretenu, je recommande !

Too many people at Breakfast. Only one coffee machine. Very high price for a room for the night.

This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away.
