アップグレードされて広い部屋で、無料のミネラルウォーターもあり、少し設備に古さはありましたが快適でした。付近は大学、日本大使館がある静かなところで、最上階のレストランからの眺めも最高です。朝食には温かいもの、ミニケーキなどもあり、美味しかったです。徒歩圏内にスーパーもあります。問題は交通の便で、市内中心部までは徒歩だと30分くらいかかりました。空港や駅へ行くためには、最寄りのバス停まで15分くらい歩きます。途中は石畳もあり、大きい荷物を持っての移動は大変です。

Our room was dirty we complained in reception and they let us change the room, we got another cleaner room. The man that worked in reception that evening was give us acess to swiming pool and we need pay 20 euros for a family of 3 persons. Normally it cost 20 euros for 1 person but because of the inconvinece with room not being clean he said we can get discount to swiming pool. After breakfast we did go to reception and ask when we can go to the pool area and this woman in reception name Evelina accused us of lying and that our first room was clean and nothing was wrong according to her and the cleaners. Evelina also said they check rooms daily for cleaning she cannot give us discount to pool because the one who worked night shift not had told her that. But overall the hotel itself is dated and needs an upgrade, it is also dirty stains everywhere and musty smell in rooms. Staff is rude and also accuse their guests of telling lies. I never will stay here again i not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Also it lacks of service on site, bar closes in 22 and there is no option to get a coffee or a late night snack.

Staff were very friendly

The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone.

The best EU Hotel Breakfast ever! Quiet, Easy, Clean, a lot of Choices, Testy fresh food, a lot of Coffee Stations, nice dish wear ... ** Please, switch OFF CNN! Nobody want to watch this bloody staff on Breakfast time! Please, go for LOCAL news with ENG Subtitles. Much more useful and pleasant. Tourists needs to hear Live Lithuanian Language, not ENG!

The hotel restaurant plays SUPER LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 1 am I can’t sleep on 12F I spoke with the receptionist and said I will call the police, she told me to dial 112 If you don’t want to sleep , stay here

We stayed one night to run the very nearby parkrun. Our room was on the 14th floor and had a lovely view. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Reception were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and we sat outside enjoying a beer whilst we waited to be able to check in. Hotels.com says 2pm but it is actually 3pm, not a problem and reception staff were able to give us our room at 2.30 so no issues at all as a cold glass of beer after our journey was very welcome. We would definitely stay again as the Old Town was about a 30 minute walk too.

The hotel's overall aesthetic felt dated, and the staff's demeanor was not particularly welcoming. I was assigned my room at 3 PM, but the strict 11 AM checkout time felt rushed. Considering these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others without some significant improvements."

The room was old style but clean, nice and spacious with a good bed. Location was very good too, easy parking, and half an hour walk into the old town. Only breakfast could be a little better, for example more choice in bread and bread spread.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ausstattung Hotelzimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und groß. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten super. Zimmersafe konnte nicht genutzt werden da der Vorgänger ihn mit seine Code geschlossen hatte. Nach nachfrage an der Rezeption konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Sehr kompliziert laut Aussagen der Mitarbeiterin.
