２泊滞在しました。バンケットやレストランのある側の古い建物が素敵で、入ってすぐに気に入りました。別料金にはなりますが広場地下の駐車場からダイレクトでホテルにあがることが出来ますし、ホテル宿泊者用のスペースも確保されています。駐車場の入り口はかなり狭いので大きな車だと少し大変です。宿泊する側は新しい建物になっています。こちら側のデザインは若干残念ではありましたが、機能的に出来ています。お部屋はツインかダブルか選択が可能でしたので友人との利用なのでツインを。ベッドの寝心地もリネンの状態も良かったです。ダブルシンクで友人と二人それぞれ使うことが出来て便利でした。またバスタブもあり、快適に過ごすことができ、ドライヤーも設置されていました。掃除の洗剤の香りが強く部屋に残っており、それが少々辛かったので窓が開いて幸いでした。こちらの部屋の交換などのリクエストにも快く応えて頂き、助かりました。またコンシェルジュの女性がとても感じのいい方で、観光やビーチ、食事など沢山お勧めをしてくださったのでいつかまた訪れる機会があったら再度利用したいです。

Magnifico hotel en una ubicación inmejorable

Hotel listed as 5 stars, but certainly not the standard of Melia hotels in Madrid and Seville. It is a series of corridors with restaurants and bars which are either not open at all - Cafe de Paris Bistro. Salon and bar only open for weddings and other functions. No lounge or other bar, coffeeshop facilities. Parking very limited, first come, first served and only one disabled space that they let anyone use! Really unhelpful female receptionist. Good breakfast. Room comfortable and good shower and bathroom - decent enough for a 4 star hotel, with nice view of municipal gardens. Convenient for old town and all the excellent bars and restaurants there.

El desayuno de gran calidad y abundancia, panes exquisitos, bollería de calidad, churros, bacín perectamente frito… Prefiero los baños con ducha moderna que las bañeras, la grifería de los lavabos un poco anticuada y muy bajos. Nada de esto evita que todo está genial.

Beautiful hotel right next to the plaza de Espana and parque de Ferrera. Underground parking is only steps away from the hotel entrance. Lots of cafes and Mercado nearby.

It is a beautiful property at the center of the city. The garders are spectacular and the breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. I stay here each time I visit Aviles. My only complaint is that rooms need upgrades-- the beds/mattresses are a little stiff and they still use double twin beds pushed together to make a full/queen sized bed. Some of the wallpaper in my room was bubbling, not a big deal, but it is notable for a 5 star hotel.
