窓からの景色は望めませんでしたが清掃はきっちりなされ、朝食は美味しく、とてもよいホテルでした。 歯一本分の部分入れ歯をグラスの中に置き忘れてしまい、外から見てもわからないので捨てられてしまうことを覚悟しましたが、気がついてくれて保管しておいてくれました。 スタッフがとても優秀だと思います。

部屋が良かったてす

朝食が美味しかった。 お好みで焼いてくれる目玉焼きがいつもパーフェクト。ビュッフェのパストラミなども美味しかったし、ヨーグルト用のコンポートが甘過ぎず美味しかったのはそのために次も泊まりたいほど。部屋のコーヒー、紅茶、水の補充もあって有り難かった。

騒がしい場所にあってもこじんまりとした部屋は静か。時々隣の部屋の音が聞こえるが滞在中はさほど気にならなかった。ダブルの部屋はバスタブがある部屋もある。朝食はリストから選んで調理してもらうか、シリアル、サンドイッチを作れる程度のブッフェもある。暖房が効くまでに時間がかかるのが難点だが、概ね満足。

Staff was VERY helpful with a medical issue my wife suffered upon arrival into Heathrow, which became an urgent care issue. Sameera was very attentive, sharing her cell phone for calls to medical facilities and care givers and arranging transportation. With her guidance and support, she made this (our very first) trip into London much less stressful than it could have been. Regarding the hotel, the room was very nice, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was excellent!

Really nice hotel in prime location for going around London. The Chamberlain is a hotel run by a pub chain, so there's a pub on premises, which offers a relaxed atmosphere and really good pub food. There's also complimentary breakfast served a la carte in the pub in the mornings. The entire facility has been renovated and very nicely decorated. Rooms are of decent size, esp. for central London, there's thick carpet, walk in shower, a comfortable bed and complimentary water, tea, Nespresso coffee, milk, biscuits and hot chocolate, so all you could ask for. Staff is very helpful and always present, so you're always being looked after. I recommend the place in an instant and would definitely go back there, before trying anything else and being disappointed.

It was my second stay at The Chamberlain. I came back for the location, the quality of the rooms and especially the breakfast. The best breakfast choice and quality of any hotel, and it’s included with the stay!

Very spacious and clean room that made for a comfortable 5 night stay. The hotel is excellently located for the City of London and the breakfast is delicious each morning. Fantastic value for money.
