スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。 唯一の欠点は、ビュッフェ式朝食エリアのスタッフが不足していることです。

3回目の滞在ですが、いつものように快適でした。スタッフは皆、サバ州流のおもてなしの心を十分に理解し、訓練を受けています。唯一残念だったのは朝食の品揃えです。特に麺類、チャーハン、野菜など、もう少し種類が豊富で味も良かったと思います。部屋はいつものように広々としていて快適でした。

古いホテルですが、清潔です。家具は古く、部屋の鏡は固くて開け閉めが大変でした。全体的には、泊まるには問題ありませんでした。料金もそれほど高くありません。ただ、街から少し離れています。でも、e-Hailingが利用できます。

いいですね。また何度でも休暇で滞在します。

Cukup memuaskan dengan kamar yang cukup luas untuk berdua dengan harga terjangkau, hanya saja coffee, creamer dan lain-lain tidak direfill padahal kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam. Namun cukup tergantikan dengan hidangan breakfast yang sangat lezat dan full of variation dishes. Fasilitas kolam renang dan gym juga mantap. Recommended pokoknya.

Approximately 1 - 2 A.M DBKK was collecting garbage and it was so noisy that I can hear the lorry's engine from the outside. Need to improve room sound proofing especially on the window's room itself, sound from the outside was so loud that I can hear the tour bus engine that was doing drop and pick up passengers infront of the hotel lobby from the room.
