趣のあるホテルで、気持ちのいい滞在ができました。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 ブルージュ駅からバスに乗っていきましたが、バス停からすぐでした。

駅からは少し離れた場所にありますが、街の中心部からは比較的近く、運河沿いにあるため窓からの景色も良いし、建物や調度品のレトロな雰囲気も素敵で、満足いく宿泊でした。スタッフも皆、親切で、感じが良かったです。

中心部へも徒歩で近く、部屋では静かに過ごせます。部屋も清潔でした、暖房設備も問題なかったです。部屋は天井が高く、家具もアンティークで雰囲気のある素敵な部屋でした。

立地もよく、ホテルの概観も満足のいくものでした。ただし、お部屋の内装はそれほどでもありませんでした。清掃は十分に満足のいくもので、住環境としては十分に快適でした。レセプションのスタッフは多少ばらつきはあるものの、これも総じては合格点。お薦めします。

カナルビューの部屋を希望したら、その通りになりました。カナルクルーズ船か折り返すのが部屋からも見えます。部屋も広く、レセプションのスタッフの応対も素敵でした。朝食も美味しかったですし、総合的にみて私が今まで泊まったホテルでは一番良かったと思います。

Sehr nettes Personal, sauber, aber doch schon etwas älter, hat seinen Charme, aber reicht nicht ganz für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall - verglichen mit den andeten Hotels in der Stadt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall noch mal das übersus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Placed brilliantly for exploring the city. Room overlooking the canal was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was super and set us up for the day.

It was our fourth visit to Martin’s Relais. We didn’t require breakfast so couldn’t mark, not because there has been anything wrong with it, but because we like to try different places. We didn’t really use any facilities so again couldn’t comment. The room was comfortable and shower was very good. We had a minor issue with unemptied bins and unreplenished supplies on the first day (we had similar issues last stay) and someone else was at the desk with the same problem.Our main issue was that the noise from the road especially trucks & motorcycles from early in the morning which disturbed our sleep, we were in room 31. We mentioned this at checkout but the response was dismissive. We haven’t had problems in the past so next time we would request a quieter room such as a canal room.

Hotel was an amazing option for Bruges, had a room with canal view. The whole area is like a fairy tale, visit was inspired by the movie In Bruges. Strongly recommend choosing this place, you can walk everywhere but it's on a quieter street than the main hotels and area. Best of both worlds within a 5 minute walk.
