The hotel had great service. The staff was very nice and responded to my requests accurately and quickly. I went to Madrid for a conference and the hotel was very close to the venue. Mercadona was right next to the hotel, so overall, it was very convenient for me. I would stay there whenever I go back to Madrid.

最寄りの地下鉄の駅からの道の雰囲気が少しよくありませんでしたが、ホテルの立地は便利で、設備は清潔、スタッフの方々も非常に親切でした。

マドリード工科大学に用事があり滞在しましたが、内装は新しくとても快適でした。ただ、エアコン（冷房）の風量を弱、温度を一番高い設定にしても、就寝時は少し寒かったです。また、シャワーのお湯と水がよく混ざっていないときがたまにありました。街の中心地までは3.6kmありますが、行きは下りのため、街を散策しながら歩いていくことができると思います。地下鉄の駅も近いので、どこの観光地でも問題なく訪問することができます。WiFiはロビーは無料で、室内は有料との記載でしたが、基本的なWiFiは室内でも無料で（ファイルをアップロード・ダウンロードする場合は少し時間がかかりますが、通常の閲覧は問題ありません）、高速のWiFiが有料のようです。朝食も野菜はありませんが、生ハムなどとてもおいしいです。

Great hotel in location close to all the exchange universities.

Breakfast was impressive, and room ok. AC / heating was perhaps broken, keeping temp way too high. Shutting down that system and opening the window solved the problem. No sounds from other rooms, and plenty of room in the bathroom. Restaurant selection in the same block was great.

Todo perfecto. Cogí una habitación individual y era espaciosa y cómoda. La única pega es que se oyen mucho las otras habitaciones y que el servicio de habitaciones de comida es externo y las raciones son caras y escasas.

The hotel is cozy and close to the metro.

Desk service and maid service was very good. The hotel has access to taxis, city buses and underground just outside the front door. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, although a little crowded at times. The room was small and had limited electrical outlets. The shower soap dispenser did not work well. The bed lacked a cover sheet or other light cover, just one heavy cover. The elevators were adequate, but sometimes rather slow. The wifi system had to be reinstated each time one used it.
