We asked for housekeeping 1 of 3 nights we stayed on the property. The day they came in to clean the failed to sweep or vacuum the floor, they didnt restock the bathroom soap and they didnt make the pull out bed. On my last day there i saw a cockaroach

Nice area very close to arches NP, clean, staffs are nice and friendly, breakfast was great.

So clean! Staff was friendly. Pool was great!!! Loved this stay.

The property was nice and cared for well. Staff friendly and accommodating. The pool area was stocked with plenty of clean towels. Breakfast was good. The only issue we had was our automatic window shade did not operate. Reported to front desk and were told thatca ticket would be issued but the maintenance man probably wouldn't be in. It was a Saturday. It would have been nice to have the privacy at night and not get the morning sun as soon as it came up. Other than that all was good!

Check in was as smooth as can be. The staff and service has been fantastic

Wonderful and friendly staff. Really nice pool with 2 hot tubs. I will definitely go back! I love Moab

It was a nice hotel with a decent continental breakfast. There were plenty of towels and the room overall was clean. With that said, I’m NOT a fan of being asked for a card for incidentals after I’ve already paid.

Loved this property. The breakfast was the best I've had and the staf was amazing!

Clean move property. Very close to Arches National Park. The pool was great and my kids loved the waterfall from the arch. We had a great stay!

Nice bed and pillow for cozy sleeping. Good breakfast.

My reason was to compare with La Quinta. The room was bigger and layed out better. The breakfast was no comparison. Hilton was so superior. Real sausage and had bacon Eggs were real, no powdered eggs. Reception guy was over the top great. Will stay here next time we are in Moeb. Thanks John

Ease of access

Close to the Arches Park. Clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was just correct with the scorching heat outside! Pool was clean. Breakfast had good healthy choices!

Loved the breakfast, best I've had at a hotel. Pool was great as well. Very happy with our stay.

Very well maintained ptoperty. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was exceptional, only drawback was the coffee machines. One was down and the wait for the (good) coffee was annoying. Very busy breakfast at 630 am. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The room was very Clean and IT was the best room for my Family. Why every child have a separat bed and a small wall was to the parents bed.

I’ve always been a fan of Holiday Inn because of its family-friendly amenities. However, this recent stay was a complete disappointment. Some guests were incredibly rude and unfriendly towards children, making it impossible for my kids to enjoy their stay. We checked in late, took a shower, and slept soundly throughout the night. When we woke up at 6 am, we were greeted by the sound of screaming and banging coming from the hallway. It was completely unacceptable that adults were screaming and banging on the walls while we were trying to get ready for breakfast. I am deeply shocked and saddened that anyone would treat my children in such a manner. I understand that “Karen’s” are a problem, but no one should have to experience this kind of discomfort and disrespect. I hope that people will be more welcoming and considerate of children in the future.
