テラスからの眺めは最高です。立地も素晴らしい

部屋からの展望が良い。天気が悪く、テラスでの朝食が出来なかったのが唯一残念

ポジターノのフェリー乗り場から山を登る形でのホテルへの道のりは坂道に階段と、スーツケースを持っては大変ですが、上に登る価値はあります！とても風景が綺麗なのです。 部屋はクラシックな雰囲気で、とくに広さは感じませんが、とても落ち着いて過ごせました。朝食もテラスで景色を見ながら頂け、総合的に満足しました。 ホテルの前にちょっとしたバール兼総菜屋もあるし、もう少し上に登れば、素敵なお店やレストランもあります。

レストランからポジターノの町が見下ろせる。ただ食事料金高く、味も改善の余地。部屋からの眺望も素晴らしいが、もちろん部屋次第か

街の中心から少し離れているものの、ホテルは快適でした。アメニティも十分だし、部屋もきれい。レストランからの眺望も素晴らしく、イタリア滞在中一番気にいったホテルです。

スピーディーなチェックイン、市内中心部までの道案内、レストランの予約、朝食時のサービス等、ホテルスタッフの暖かく親切なもてなしは全てファーストクラスでファミリー経営の良さだと思いました。部屋のバルコニーからポジターノ市内や海が見渡せリラックスした滞在が出来ました。次回はもう少しゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。料金は安くないですが、お勧めします。

ホテルのフロント、レストランのウエイターウエイトレス、部屋掃除の方、皆さんホスピタリティーにあふれた対応をしてくれた。部屋もオーシャンビューのバルコニー付き、風呂・シャワー・洗面台も清潔であった。ポジターノ、ホテル自身とも、妻も私も多いに満足でした。高速ボードで、カプリ島一周遊（洞窟みたり泳いだりしてから島上陸３時間程度過ごす）が楽しかった。ホテルでカプリ島への船便を相談したら教えてくれました。

This hotel is at excellent location.. Hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. They help arranging dinner, taxis, sunset tours. Room was cleaned twice a day.

Beautiful property, customer and food service excellent. Tip: take a taxi if you are of limited accessibility as on hillside but views are totally worth it! It’s even got a secret bar ❤️

Exceptional hotel, service, location, and staff. I will definitely return in the near future. The staff (Luka, Paulo, Christian are just a few to mention) are extremely professional, courteous, and aligned so well providing consistent and impeccable service. The hotel premise is extremely well kept and beautiful with clean rooms and high end linens and flowering gardens and patios that you feel you’re in a magical oasis, just stunning! The location is just a short walking distance from restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool and patio area is a great place at night to watch the lighted homes cascading the hills and boats in the water while having a drink. The hotel restaurant is a five star eatery with carefully crafted items and professional waiters that are very attentive and address all your needs before even having to ask. Overall, one of my best memorable experiences ever!

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Our flight was changed very last minute and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was extremely helpful after a long international flight. The view from our hotel room was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and prepped twice a day, a service I’ve never experienced before! The cleaning staff always left chocolates on my pillow and I thought that was so sweet! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well! Seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect hotel!

The front desk staff was amazing . They helped with restaurant reservations car services they recommended were excellent . Getting our bags to the ferry set up. Location was perfect for Positano not up a bunch of stairs and you were able to get dropped off with bags right outside their door they had a parking spot for drop offs and pick ups which many hotels don’t .

All wonderful except room decor very plain and minimalistic. Balcony view great but chairs not comfortable for relaxing.

Everything was on point, great location and amazing staff.

Staff were very kind. Property was very clean. Breakfast and view is delicious. Currency exchange was helpful at the front desk and getting us a taxi to our next destination. I look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel again soon

The staff were all amazing! Every single person. Very friendly, very helpful, the hotel was gorgeous. The room view, the restaurant view, and pool view were spectacular. The food at the Il Tridente was great! We cannot wait to go back! I have nothing negative to say at all.

The staff is so friendly! They have a great breakfast spread. This hotel has the best views of Positano.
