Very dirty room and unreliable front desk staff. Breakfast consisted of eating while listening to three separate employees listening to music or videos on their phones in three different languages.

The room was clean

They are charging premium but their rooms are worst.

There was mouse poop on the towels in the room, unfriendly staff, poor/unsafe location

Ok over all but TV wasn’t working and the internet wasn’t working. It was on and off. Poor signal.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, though the rest of the property was under construction and roughly maintained.

The staff and service is always great. Rooms are always nice and clean. I've never had a bad stay here!!

Property under renos, parking and access are a challenge for now. Room was nice, too bad the drain in the sink was painfully slow and the hairdryer did not work. Breakfast, included in room price, was very good. The staff was very pleasant and responsive.. Once the rents are completed, this will be an excellent place to stay. As is, it was still a very good value for the money. Will recommend . Thank you for taking care of 2 weary Travellers.

Was disappointed with this booking, had booked because parking was included however on arrival we were notified that on site parking was not available and we had to park a block away at a non secure parking lot that was surrounded by drug users. No incentive or price reduction offered. The area where you pull in to unload your car and check in was not clearly marked and had vehicles parked in all the spots for the entirety of our stay so when we pulled up to unload and check in we had to pulled onto the sidewalk and block the sidewalk. Also had booked a room with 2 beds but they gave us a room with one bed and a lounge chair. In the room they had a tv mounted on the wall that didn’t work so they had placed another TV in front of it and the extra tv didn’t work anyways. Will not book again with this hotel.

Parking was under renovation and breakfast was alright. But fire alarm woke me up in the early morning hour though.

Clean room, great staff, hot breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants.

Honestly, the lady at the front desk, Joanne was amazing. And the cleaning staff for the rooms were so very nice parking sucked. It wasn't close enough. And some staff were very rude, especially when a woman asked to be escorted to a dark garage at 5 o'clock in the morning and is laughed at By staff telling her, are you scared of the dark? It's pretty rude. I lost my mother that morning. I had a death in a family and\n Didn't even get a Rebate. A special Rebate for that\n But would I go back absolutely not? You couldn't pay me to go back there. You had some staff put their hands in the food, their bare hands in the food and eat instead of taking the thong, and\n Then you get looked at like you're an nag because you report it. Yes, the senator is going through many changes.But maybe the owner should look at different changes in staff , some who respect others , instead of treating others badly.

The lady gave us upgrade of our room! Kind staffs but the interior of the hotel needs more renovations and some upgrades of lighting around the lobby and hallways (brighter)

We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this motel. We arrived at 3:00 p.m., which was check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait. When we were finally told we could go into the room, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made it even more unpleasant. There were stains on the floor, stains on the pillows, and the lamp and curtains were visibly dirty and disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was also ripped and damaged. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly prepared for guests. There were also people openly using drugs right in front of the motel, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially while travelling with our children. This was not at all what we expected when paying for a place to sleep. The motel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
