HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS HAD DELAYED, SO WE HAD TO TAKE TWO TAXIS, AFTER WE HAD BEEN WAITED AT DOOR #8 AROUBD 1:00.

プールの為に予約したが、プールが利用出来なかった。

チェックインもスムーズで、問題なかった 駐車場も宿泊者は部屋番号を伝えれば無料で出ることが出来た 館内も綺麗で、エレベーターも動きに不安がない 残念なのは、窓の下の暖房が数十分おきについたり消えたりして作動音が煩いこと ベッドが小ぶりなこと 冷凍冷蔵庫がついているのに、部屋に水がなく、フロントでもらうしかないこと プールやジムなど設備は充実しているが、日本のビジネスホテルよりは部屋の広さ以外に良さがない点 モーテルの方が快適かもしれない

Limited parking, they were hosting 50 cars so parked in another parking lot

Staff were great, especially in the restaurant. Room was spacious the bed was very comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great overall. Unfortunately due to the snowfall the day before the parking was challenging but we made it work.

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The airport shuttle driver put our bags inside the door of the hotel so we didn’t have to stand out in -20 C and wait. Desk staff also very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Would stay again.

Excellent location of your flying in or out of YUL. A free 24/7 shuttle and we parked our car here for the week while travelling. A fabulous restaurant and bar as well! Highly recommended.

I experienced two unauthorized charges on my credit card without any explanation. Upon receiving the alert from my bank, I contacted my credit card company, who assured me that the first transaction had been approved using my PIN. However, the young lady informed me that it had not gone through and requested to see my card. She proceeded to tap my card again without my consent, as the credit card company indicated. When I returned to the desk, the same young made a dismissive comment about switching terminals due to an issue, as if I was supposed to be aware of it. It seemed she took offence to my inquiry about the infringement of an additional transaction. I wonder how she would feel if someone swiped her credit card twice without permission or an explanation. The young lady then assured me it would only be processed once during the nightly reconciliation. Additionally, we were quoted a rate of $25 per night for parking while on vacation, but upon arrival, we were informed that the price had increased to $30 per night. While I appreciate that they honoured the original quote, it was frustrating to find that we were charged for parking on the night of our stay, especially when there is no optional parking in the area. It’s hard to believe. Moreover, I was never asked for my Hilton Hotels Points card. As such, I will certainly consider other options before returning to a Hilton Garden Hotel in the future. I do intend to take it up with the company upon our return.
