ホテル【食事】ハーフボードの場合朝食はブッフェスタイル。品数はあまり多くはないです。夕食はメニューからスターター・メイン・セカンドメインを選ぶ方式。追加料金が必要なメニューは+2EUROなどと記載されています。1週間位ならメニューに飽きることはないでしょう。【部屋】ブーゲンビリアに泊まりました。部屋にはあまり滞在しなかったのですが部屋番号100番一桁台は目の前がプールなので解放感があるかと思います。部屋はいわゆる欧米のチェーンホテルのような洗練された部屋ではないですがまあ快適です。でも過度な期待は禁物です。【周辺】海が目的ならレンタカーが必要です。Tuareddaビーチは車で20分～30分位でアクセス可能です。【洗濯】我が家はコインランドリーがなくPulaの街まで洗濯しにいきました。場所は分かりにくいのでHotelの人にしっかり聞いていった方がよいです。

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Costa dei Fiori hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zum Ende der Saison im Costa Dei Fiori, die Atmosphäre war entspannt. Die Hotelanlage ist bildschön, insbesondere der Garten- und Poolbereich, der hoteleigene Strand ist klein, aber ein kurzer Fußweg führt zur nächsten Bucht, wo man wunderbar baden kann. Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel, das Personal ist superfreundlich und das Frühstück wird in Buffetform angeboten und hat alles, was man von einem 4 Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen (1,5 km unbefestigte Piste von der Hauptstraße), insofern ist ein Mietwagen absolut von Vorteil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Disappointing. The room was lovely as well as the pools however sadly the staff were not friendly as mentioned in other reviews and we often felt ignored or like they were not interested. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the day and it just felt a bit flat. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track ensure you hire a car and fly to Cagliari Airport. The casual restaurant food was mediocre however the formal restaurant food was very nice!

Sehr schönes Hotel, großzügige Zimmer, alles sauber. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt, die Bar ist sehr schick und erinnert an eine Lodge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbessert werden könnten: Das Hotel ist etwas schwer zu finden und die Zufahrt müsste erneuert werden (Schlaglöcher). Beim Frühstück könnte die Auswahl etwas großzügiger ausfallen z.B. mehr Gemüse. Das Servicepersonal war nicht immer aufmerksam - man musste z.B. häufiger winken, um von einem Kellner bedient zu werden und die Zimmermädchen haben manchmal Handtücher/Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Costa Dei Fiori and would happily return - the facilities are beautifully appointed, comfortable and of a high standard. The pools and beach area where a highlight , though the lifeguards were very unfriendly and inattentive unless you did something contravening the rules and then they were quick to tell us off. The breakfast was consistently of a high quality and good amount of choice without being overly complicated. Reception were very helpful and attentive especially Alberta and Francesco. The quality of the service and food in the bistro and restaurant did not live up to the high standard of the resort which was very disappointing, however when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the director/owner Nicola personally apologised and offered to make things right and for the remainder of our stay made himself available to address any of our questions, queries or concerns which was a nice touch.

Could not fault anything about our stay. Superb hotel, quiet and very relaxing stay. Staff are friendly and always helpfull, and beautiful gardens, pools, beach, and experience. Wpuld highly recommend to people wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday. Many thanks to Nicola and all staff who made our 10 day holiday so enjoyable.

Great setting, friendly staff

Nice pools, big room, but - you have to walk a lot to go to your room. Breakfast is until 10:30 but if you come on 10:00 - only lefties reamain.

L'hôtel est magnifique, niché dans un écrin de verdure et doté de 2 piscines superbes dont une surplombant la mer. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propre, conforme aux standards de la catégorie. En revanche ce tableau idyllique est largement assombri par le côté restauration. Nous avions pris l'option demi pension. Concernant le dîner, on nous a servi une cuisine prétentieuse voulant se donner des airs de restaurant étoilés mais qui s'en approche uniquement par le tarif. De l'entrée au dessert, aucun des plats ne nous a plu. Aubergines pas cuites, couscous de poisson sans goût, poulpe peu ou pas assaisonné, tiramisu sans texture et insipide. Tout cela ponctué par un service déplorable, 40 mn avant de prendre notre commande et serveur irrespectueux (spécial dédicace à un certain Ricardo). Nous avions réglé à l’avance l’intégralité de la demi-pension pour 3 jours. Or, l’expérience a été si mauvaise que nous avons décidé de ne pas nous infliger ce calvaire les 2 derniers soirs, perdant ainsi les sommes versées. Cet hôtel n'étant qu'une étape dans notre périple en Sardaigne, heureusement nous n'avions pas que cette référence pour juger la cuisine Sarde, par ailleurs excellente. Un conseil à ceux qui ont opté pour cet hôtel, pour le dîner, n'importe quelle petite pizzeria du coin fera mieux l'affaire.
