It’s definitely a good hotel for a quick stay, longer stays not so much, me and my girl stayed for 4 nights and they don’t have laundry facilities at all, but that’s the only thing other than that everything was great. The ac units are kind of confusing

A little maintenance could be done in some of the rooms, but okay overall.

I liked the hotel it was very clean. Breakfast was ok but waffles was great. Elevator really slow. We didn’t have time to get it the pool but it looked nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Property is average far from everything no restaurant close by so you have to order through doordash or uber eats, free shuttle picks up every hour and it helps if you track it that way you don’t miss it. Free breakfast is decent. Pool needs cleaning.

Stayed many times here. Newly remodeled rooms. Nice shuttle to ORD.

Very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The first room I was given it was cold so I went to the front desk explain my issues and was given a NEW room with no problem the washing machines and dryers DOESNT WORK, I wasn't refunded the money I lost. the breakfast was a nice. They severed eggs,biscuit, gravy waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal drink machine. Yogurt, apple, oranges, bananas ect ect, over tall it was a nice stay

Really pretty entry way, nice clean room that overlooked the golf course.

One of our tvs did not function right. We couldn't get the volume to work. I went down to the front desk to describe the problem and was told someone would come up in a little bit. No one came to fix the problem. The room was dirty too. Crumbs from a previous stay was still on the desk chair, the couch had debris, ants were in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Towels were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was super accommodating and room was clean. Only complaint was the AC in the room was extremely loud.

There was no parking

Overall the room was nice. My only complaint was the bathtub was extremely high and it was a struggle getting in and out to take a shower. My husband, who is very tall ended up falling getting out of the shower and hurt himself quite bad. I am 5’8 and the edge of the tub came about 6 inches above my knee. It is dangerous for people.

I found hairs that weren’t mine in the bathroom and beds and a contact lens on the floor by the nightstand. Decent area and fairly quiet. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though.

I stepped into the hot tub and got a piece of metal in my foot.
