Excellent place , good food, excelent service but the parking was a nightmare, i had to park my car outside because there was no space inside, at least you guys must have someone who help to park people outside the building, worst parking experience ever.

I did a lot of research before booking and this resort exceeded my expectations! We stayed 7 days in late April and were upgraded to the exclusive Sun Club for free through Expedia—this really made the trip. Sun Club perks included a child-free exclusive pool and beach area, a private lounge with snacks, room service, and an exclusive buffet with no wait times. It was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for couples. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, and housekeeping was great. Wi-Fi worked well, and the resort app (used for reservations and room service) was surprisingly convenient. The mini bar was a nice touch. Food was delicious with lots of variety. We especially loved Chopsticks for hibachi—no extra charge and unlimited reservations! Drinks were also great and widely available. We didn’t leave the resort, but it’s located along a strip of other resorts and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe, so caution is advised. Minor downsides: the beach had a lot of sea moss (though they tried to clean it), and there was limited shade at both beach and pool. As for airport transportation, Uber works (don't listen to them if they say its "unsafe" or bad, they want you to take a taxi) —don’t pay more than $25 USD between the airport and this resort. The resort might provide transportation though I'm not sure, we didn't use it. Overall, this trip was a fantastic value. Consider upgrading to Sun Club 100%. We'd absolutely return if visiting Punta Cana again!

Myself, my 20 year old son and his girlfriend went for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Booking with Expedia we were upgraded to Sunclub Adults Only and it was great. The location is not far from the airport, right on a beautiful soft sand beach and the grounds were large and very nicely kept. Our rooms were large, clean, the bed was comfy with extra pullows, a super soft blanket and i had control of the room temperature. There was a mini fridge in the room that was stocked, a coffee maker, ironing board, jacuzzi tub, large rainfall shower, and a nice dressing area. Soft robe and slippers, large shampoo, body wash and even body lotion. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was plentiful and varied.

The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept! Many options for food and plenty of bars! We had a group of 12 and really enjoyed ourselves!

Resort is just OK. I arrived at noon, no early check-in, so I returned at 3 PM, my room was still not ready. I waited until 5 PM for my room to be ready. I discovered hair and sand in the bed and the pillow cases stained. Waited another two hours before housekeeping arrived. Most staff were friendly, except for a few who seemed annoyed when asked for help. If you’re an english only speaker, bring a translator, most staff have limited english skills and won’t be able to fully understand requests. Resort itself is nice enough. Some areas have fallen into disrepair, the rooms could probably use a bit of an update. There are no dressers, No place to put your clothes into a drawer. There is only a closet with a couple hangers, you’ll live out of your suitcase. The food was not great, I tried a lot of what was on offer, but most dishes weren’t good or hadn’t been cooked properly. Hard potatoes and half cooked pasta. We paid extra for a lobster & steak dinner one evening and it was overcooked/tough. The beaches and shore are covered in kelp/algae that wraps around your legs. There are very aggressive vendors selling cigars, jewelry excursions etc on the beach. They are not affiliated with the resort but are CONSTANTLY soliciting while you try to relax. Shopping trip they offer isn't worth it, you’re better off walking down the street to the marketplace there and supporting native Dominicans. The highlight of my trip? The ocean view & Dolphin trip (not affiliated with resort)

Customer service and cleanliness for me are a must, and you all did excellent.

Deben mejorar la comida, el servicio de mesero que prácticamente no hay y mejorar los espectáculos nocturnos. Debería haber música en el lobby en vivo por las noches
