Stuff is good clean and friendly. The food no good evry day same. Wish to have better food.

The property and upkeep of it are amazing.

The food options were terrible... we got food poisoning in our last day and couldnt enjoy... We end up eating outside the resort many times. Service was not good with the expemtion of Naftali in restaurant beloved..he was amazing. If you qre not an exclusive member you wont be treated as good.

Very nice vacation

It was my first time at an all-inclusive but my friends and I had a wonderful time! There were 8 of us and we had no issues booking reservations to the restaurants (by the way, these are included in the price and you don’t have to pay extra unless you order some nice wine or their special menu). The food was great, lots of variety and options for people wanting to eat Mexican food or generic American fare. My favourites were the steakhouse and Mexican restaurant, but I would personally skip the Japanese restaurant because I found it a bit bland. The drinks were good too, although I’m not much of a drinker. The beach was a bit rocky to get in and I would recommend using the Yucatan beach instead. The pools were great and never felt crowded. They also offer a free shuttle to visit nearby Playa del Carmen which was great to pick up some souvenirs and go out for an excursion. The local area is also really cute and has dolphins nearby. Finally, I have to give a big shout out to the staff who were some of the nicest people and really accommodating. Especially a big shoutout to Kevin and Irving for taking shots with us when we arrived! I had a great time and would love to come back.

Overall our stay was excellent. Clean, excellent staff, nice quaint resort with short walk times. The beach has the same seaweed problem as all of riviera maya but they were on top of cleaning it up. Snorkling was better than other resorts. Service was fast and efficient Only complaints are time/availability. The bars close before 9 apart from the loud sports bar until the club opens. Then the restaurants were nearly full by the time we got there, limiting our options outside if the buffet. They have started doing day of reservations with the hibatchi, but would probably benefit from a similar system for others to give everyone a fair chance

Great hotel. A few hiccups with dining reservations but they were helpful about it. Good food.

Just bad experience

Beautiful property with tropical vibe, clean and everyone was nice. The rooms were good, clean and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The restorant food was good. The kids liked the kids club. The beach on thr left side had rocks for entering so i advice to take swim shoes, but the water was calm, clean for swiming witn no waves, lots of fishes, so make sure to take your snorkeling gear. At night they had excelent entertainment every night, the teathar shows were great, so dont miss it.

Paid for premier service and didn’t receive the extra services

The resort itself is stunning, from the multitude of amenities and attractions to the packed days of entertainment, genuinely zero complaints about my experience here. Not only is the resort itself amazing but the staff here have been exceptional, Nelson and Louis greeted us day 1 with welcome drinks and were there the moment we said goodbye. Made sure every excusion we went on and every taxi we entered was safe as well as got back safe. Rooms were cleaned daily in a very timely manner and everything in the room worked perfectly. We were always stocked with water and our room stayed very cool. Would recommend this resort 100 times over!!

The resort was quiet and kid friendly. The buffet was excellent, as well as the steak house. The other restaurants were average. It was rather difficult to make reservations at these restaurants, even though I inquired about it prior to our stay. I paid for the privileged room for 24 hour room service. The food offered for room service was minimal, and no alcoholic drinks were offered with room service. The bed was a little hard, and the shower would occasionally smell. The hotel is otherwise very clean, however, and we enjoyed the nightly shows. The staff were always helpful and polite. Puerto Aventuras is a nice little community that is tucked away.

Second they gave me QR code for restaurant booking, i tried to book reservations but every single restaurant was not available. Open buffet wasn’t good quality and restaurants are scam. They say they have 7 restaurant options, so if you want to eat only cheap open buffet get this, otherwise find some other place

The pool closed to early , alcohol was not served all night , one side of the beach had to much seaweed, & the other side had to much rocks to climb before you could get to the beach .

The resort was a wonderful. The choice of restaurants was a nice option instead of one or two to choose from. The food was above average with many options. Highly recommend staying at the resort.

It was our 3rd time in this resort and we absolutely loved everything. Kids couldn’t be more happy over here.

This property is in a gated community, which makes you feel very safe. A five dollar taxi ride to the market, or a 15 minute walk. All the staff at the resort were amazing, the beach was something to be desired, and every day we were there it was too windy to enjoy the ocean. That being said, we did enjoy the lagoon.
