バルコニーから見える海がきれいで，とても良かった。 スタッフも，不足箇所があれば速やかに対処してくれます。 エアコンが少々五月蝿いのと無料Wi-Fiが繋がりづらかったため，部屋の快適度を４つ星にしました。

部屋の掃除はあまり丁寧ではない。 オールインクルーシブのせいか、食事はイマイチですが、ボリュームはあります。 ブュッフェとコースの選択でレストランも選べますが、美味しいのは予約が必要なレストランの肉料理と、ランチでバハミアンが作るコンク貝のチャウダーでした。 kimonoというアジア料理のレストランがありますが鉄板焼は屋台もどきで最悪、寿司バーはアメリカ人向けののり巻きでしたが、和食が恋しくなっていた頃だったので、まあまあでした。 ホテル所有の島は静かでのんびり過ごせます。 ビーチからのシュノーケルでも、亀、サメ、巨大伊勢海老？など観察出来て良かったです。 夜はプールサイドでジャズの生演奏やいろいろなイベントかあり、夜遅くまでたのしめます。 日本人スタッフが二人いたおかげで安心して楽しめました。

This was our first Sandals vacation and it was a great one. We enjoyed it enough to book another one for Barbados next April while we were there. The food was good for the most part. The seafood restaurant was under renovation while we were there which took over the lunch and dinner buffet unfortunately. Pool chair saving started at the ridiculous times between 5am-6am between the alarm setters and butlers who were first to swipe them with the room coolers. Kind of annoying but as long as we could grab one for our things we enjoyed being in the pool for the most part. Don’t expect a chair at the quiet pool at all unless you have a butler. Music from the dj at the LOUD pool plays the music so loud at times that you can’t have a conversation or just relax let alone be able to communicate with a bar tender at the pool bar so they screw up loads of drinks which really isn’t their fault with how loud they blast the music in these poor bartenders ears. Staff was very nice overall but don’t expect anything in a hurry cause they’re definitely on island time but so were we so life goes on. Their piece of a private island across the way (5 min. boat ride from their own pier) is a good grab for a half day or so with a pool, a calm, clean beach and water and a restaurant with a pool bar and patio bar as well. The lack of children at the resort is worth its weight in gold between all activities and restaurants. That alone is probably worth sticking to the Sandals business model. Book it.

Staff was awesome, resort was excellent. Food and drinks were amazing. My girlfriend and I had a great time!

Great food! Great private island

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. We loved that the resort had everything we could want without being excessively large. Can’t wait to return!

What I like: I would like to give a shoutout to Jackie and Felecia from Kanoo. Rose from food truck. Ricardo, Ace, Joe and Nicer from Soy. The private island and all their staff are excellent. What I don’t like: 1. I checked out on 3/22/25 but the temporary $400 temp hold during check in hasn’t been reversed and it’s already 3/31/25. I already called to make sure I don’t get charged for anything I shouldn’t have. Customer service ensured that I wouldn’t be charged but hasn’t been reversed in my card. 2. Some of the staff are not nice and are sometimes rude. 3. Some of the food items run out too early and some bars/ food trucks close earlier than what is in the flyer. They are supposed to be open at the 11pm but they say they are closed at 10:30pm. 4. I called front desk to order refill water and sodas from mini fridge but nothing came until we checked out. 5. It’s hard to schedule appointments for restaurants. Culinary dept does not answer and we had to walk to the desk to schedule. It’s unacceptable. 6. Rice is not served in the restaurant and has to be requested which is very unusual.

we just had the best vacation. everyone was super helpful and vwry nice. the resort is very safe and so is the island. we will be back again for sure

Half the staff was unfriendly and condescending. Rooms were unclean. We were wiping the same area in on our counter everyday, came to find out it was roach droppings. Tried to speak with management they wouldn’t speak with us. Head of housekeeping came to speak with us and she was of no help. Basically she blamed us for not telling them sooner. We had to google what it was after the second day. Room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Hotel, pools and restaurants were older and unkept

Great place would recommend to anyone

Positives – great location far enough away from the chaos of Nassau and the cruise ship port. Lovely rooms that were beautifully decorated and ours was fairly recently renovated. Two large pools – one heated and the other less so. Beachfront, plus the option of taking the boat over to their private island. Mini bar included – as long as you can get them to refill it which took a call to reception each day! Negatives – room cleaning was inconsistent. Every day something was forgotten – towels, bathmat, mopping the floors etc or even cleaning our room entirely! Room was on the 6th floor and water pressure was poor - at worst we had the shower on ‘full’ yet we weren’t even getting a dribble of water. The Sandals app is clunky and doesn’t function at all well. We didn’t book a ‘butler’ room and were glad we didn’t. We weren’t enthused with the concept and most definitely didn’t like the two-tier class system it created. The onsite restaurants vary dramatically from awful to great in terms of food quality + service. Sandals sell their all inclusive package as ‘all premium alcohol included’. BUT in several restaurants we were also given a wine list with additional cost and NOT told we could still order from the wines that were included until we asked. Felt like an underhand way to make more money. We were lucky to have a quiet room on the back side of the ‘East Bay’ building. Rooms overlooking the west pool get far more noise from the events + loud music all day.

We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and Sandals Royal Bahamian was a mixed experience. The included airport transportation was convenient and stress-free. Upon arrival, we checked in early and were encouraged to explore the grounds while waiting for our room, which was nice. However, the beach lounger situation was extremely frustrating. We were told loungers were "first come, first serve," but when we woke up at 6 AM to reserve one, they were already taken. We later discovered the “butler elite” guests had their butlers place old books down the night before, later replacing them with coolers. Despite complaining to concierge, nothing changed. This felt incredibly unfair and unlike any other resort we’ve visited. As for the food, the food trucks were good, and I enjoyed the chicken pesto panini at Calico and the eggs Benedict at the French restaurant. The French fries were consistently good, but most of the food was dry and underwhelming. The beach itself was also smaller than expected, so don’t let the photos fool you. While the staff was friendly, the overall experience did not match the luxury Sandals brand we were promised. For the price, we expected much more, especially in terms of fairness and food quality.

Excellent stay

The only thing that was bad was the wait time for food. As long as you go early to your meals before you’re even hungry, you’ll have an amazing time! 9.5/10!

Likeed the island experience a lot. Food was too salty but good.Room service replenishment was inconsistent. Need more dance music and areas to easily dance.

Staff was very friendly and made the trip fun.
